Thank you for this presentation. If you are open to constructive criticism to make your presentation more beneficial to your listeners, then read below:
1. Approximately 80%-90% of your presentation is simply reading from the slides. Once you told us what the standards for PRDs were, we can simply read the standards ourselves. Your pictures, demonstrations, and experience are what we can't get from the standard, and those are most valuable.
2. It would be greatly beneficial to go through a real life scenario for PRD selection and sizing; Walk us through what information we need to give to our suppliers to help us size and select a proper PRD. Are there useful tools, like excel calculators, that help with calculations?
Regardless of the above comments, thank you for taking the time and for putting in the effort to produce this webinar. I got a lot of information from it.
