That is a very nice airbrush, and an interesting first look at it! 😯🤯 That handle and the case are super high quality. I'm looking forward to seeing how it compares to other airbrushes on models.

The packing paper is a Euro thing, they're cutting down on the use of soft plastics for void fill (bubblewrap, larger void-fill bubbles, etc).

You can remove the quick fix adapter. In the video you have removed the adapter and the air valve. They are two pieces that you have removed together.

Juan is correct. The quick disconnect adapter comes off the bottom of the air valve. As long as the treads match your hose, should be fine. A Badger hose would need an adapter to screw right in to the air valve, minus a quick disconnect. QD is the way to go regardless.

    Very nice.
Can you tell me more about this limited edition version please.
    You're wife sounds great 😄👍
I've two H&S', including an Infinity CR Plus (two needle and nozzle set), looks like they've made the interior packaging better than 4/5 years ago (it was blow moulded and flocked, which is okay, but the foam looks much better).
I think that you'll enjoy using it, they're brilliant, very versatile too with the various needle/nozzle combinations - easy to clean too, if a little delicate in parts😉

Hi! So, what I know about this brush (I don't think it's limited edition, there was just a limited time for the end of year holiday deal) So what I know about this brush is that it's more beginner friendly in some ways, like with the sketching caps. The caps are put on over the front nozzle so that you can see where the paint is going to land on the model. Also, the needle chuck nut is made in a funnel shape to prevent tip distortion. It also has a needle set on the back of the brush, but I don't know if that's a new feature or not. I've never owned a H&S brush before. The only brushes I own are two Badger brushes, and a GREX brush. I haven't shot any paint through the H&S brush yet, but the trigger action feels really smooth from what I've seen so far. I hope this is helpful.
Edit: Also, the trigger grip itself was also designed to be more ergonomic.

      @@Izzyspaintingworkshop Hi, it sounds great.
All the Infinity's come with the paint flow adjuster - with its preset. Useful for beginners and if wanting to do delicate repetitive work.
I like the idea of beginner friendly and the focus upon the modeller. My Infinity, as good as it is, is an artist's airbrush in many ways, although I've added various caps etc to make it more user/modeller friendly. I'm not sure if they're the same as your caps and accessories (I bought them separately over time). There is a UK (I'm in the UK - and a railway, RC boat and RC car modeller) company who released a modeller's version but apart from looking very cool, it didn't do or have the versatility of my brush - and parts - as far as I can tell. I think it may have been the anodised aluminium version too, with a single smaller cup.
As I have issues with my hands etc post SARS2 Alpha in early 2020, I've not used my H&S airbrushes for a while. For ease of use, getting base coats and primers on, I've dusted off the Paasche H and for general purpose work a Paasche Millennium. Chunky, easier to disassemble and clean, long lasting, but cart horses compared to thoroughbreds like the H&S airbrushes. Downsides with H&S? Always have the tri-plated versions as the nickle plated versions wear through the NP in certain high wear areas. The needles - especially the 0.15 - are VERY vulnerable/fragile even the V2.O's and - I'm nitpicking here - the triggers can have a slight delay issue/kind of jump a bit towards the end when doing ultra fine work, Eg. when compared to a high end Iwatas (that is me nitpicking as the Iwata equivalent is three times the price? Some others have noted the issue too). But don't forget the Infinity has a trigger adjuster at the front end of the cut out (in the handle), that seems to help eliminate any issues AFAICT, not sure if others know that tweak or not (I'd have to watch your video again to see if that's included on yours, can't see why it wouldn't be). But Paasche, they can be very long lived and parts aren't too expensive this side of the pond - if one can get them - but their quality control is nowhere near as good as H&S or Iwata, and the storage boxes here (not in the US) are rubbish too. Pains me to say that because I've American friends and I like the American people and products (let's leave our respective useless governments out of the equation - for close allies and the "special relationship" trading with the US as an individual? Costly and a nightmare, madness really). Paasches are cheap in the USA, here? They're lower mid range to mid range prices, due to import costs etc - they're loosing traction and favour too in the UK. Iwata got at lots of magazine staff writers for several years, most railway modellers were brainwashed into Iwatas (good airbrushes, I had a couple, fiddly to clean though). When I started to mention my H&S (I followed suit re military modellers) in model railway articles and in photos, over the past three years or so H&S have started to advertise in model railway magazines much more. Not sure if that's entirely down to me, but no one in that world seemed to be using H&S airbrushes except me AFAICT.
The Infinity is a great airbrush though, like a Porsche, Merc or BMW very smooth, accurate, well thought out.
These days I may have considered the aluminium version, but that's just a personal preference. I'm looking forward to using mine again at some time in the future for detail work. I've the Infinity CRP set up with the 0.15, the Evolution CRP with a 0.2 set up, they came with extra needles and I've added one or two as well. The Paasches are in their No. 3 set up, which iirc, is like a horse peeing with a 0.7 needle/nozzle (but finer work is possible with air control etc). The H is the three "needle"/nozzle set, the Millennium is just the single set at, iirc, 0.7. My two Sparmax (GP50 and Flyer) are 0.5 or thereabouts (they take more air and my bigger compressors - the Paasche and H&S take a lot less air and can be used with a cordless or bench compressor).
To be fair the H&S could do every job, and I could get away with 1-4 airbrushes as opposed to 6, but each has different strengths and weaknesses. The H&S airbrushes have much more efficient use of air so can be used at ultra low pressures for detail work etc - although they can be made to blast the paint on Eg with a 0.4 set up and the bigger paint cup, but when painting Eg an RC car body or a boat hull? I'd use the GP50, Flyer or Paasche H for ease and comfort (especially the former two Sparmax). Horses for courses. For day to day modelling? The two Paasches for getting on base coats and primers, the Millennium for basic weathering and the H&S' for detail weathering along with standard fine old school good quality brushes and powders. Then all sealed using the Paasches. If going back to enamels or solvent based paints I'd probably dedicate the Millennium to that. If using water based acrylics one can then mix and match airbrushes - which is what I tend to do nowadays.
Sorry re the waffle, hope that helps, you've made a great choice✌️👍😊

I'm sorry you had that experience. I found that they sent me an email with a link, but no tracking number. I was a bit concerned, but when I looked at the link (to a German parcel service) and clicked through to the link that said "Foreign Delivery" it connected me to the USPS and showed the tracking number, and history. It took me about a week and a half to get mine. I had no further issues. I think they also have a customer service email address you can contact.
Just to put this out there, I do not work for, nor am I sponsored by H&S. This is just an unboxing video for my channel.
