eliiseviss yeah I have psoriasis on my scalp too and flares up much worse with stress. It's an odd thing to keep up with and I haven't noticed anyone speak about it before in videos! What I do if I have a bad flare up (and this has no scientific basis, it's just soothing) is massage olive oil into my scalp. Makes my hair shiny too! Leave it overnight or for a couple of hours then wash my hair as normal
I would be really interested in seeing a video about this as well. I have been having scalp issues for a few years, but seems particularly bad in the last six months. I'd love to hear more about your experiences and tips for managing/soothing it.

My hair is the longest it has been in years and I am finding it super hard to manage right now... This video is PERFECT! I may try that shampoo and conditioner and scalp treatment! I was wondering when you were going to mention Unite 7 Seconds. haha I am determined to try it some day! Have you ever tried Beauty Protector Protect and Detangle Leave In Conditioner? I got a sample ages ago but threw it in a drawer and never tried it. I found it the other day and I have been surprised how much I like it... It is seriously the BEST smelling product I have ever used!
I have a very mixed skin type; very oily but dry at the same time. Where I live the winters can get super cold, which always made my skin go crazy and I got really nasty acne as a result. But I found using oils in my skin care routine really helped!! That was the only way I could get enough moisture into my skin for it to feel more balanced, and I could still keep using my cleanser that helps the acne but can be very drying. So if you have oily skin, don't be scared to try skin oils. They can actually balance your skin, and make it less oily! I use the Loreal Sublime Glow Cleansing oil to remove my make up and the Extraordinary Face Oil by the same brand for moisturising (after my serum, and I add a cream on top if my skin feels extra dry). During the coldest months I sometimes use the face oil twice a day, but usually only at night. Last winter my skin looked better than it ever had!
Another great product for packing a lot of moisture in to your skin is the Body Shop Vitamin E Aqua Boost Essence (or something like that 😄) . I used that a lot this summer and my skin loves it!
I was always a high end product buyer because I used to believe you only get what you pay for, but how wrong was I!!! A friend talked me into buying the NSpa range from Asda and OMG I love it. You get 2 products for £8 and I love it. All the ingredients are the same as you find in some high end products. The Hot Cloth Polish is exactly the same as the Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser. I know this as I used to swear by the Liz Earle one. The NSpa cleansing facial oil is fantastic, the whole range is brill. I'll never splurge on high end products again as my skin has never looked or felt as good, and at 40 I have tried and tested a lot over the years. X

I'm a nurse so constantly washing my hands which leaves them so sore, cracked and awful :( I've tried so many hand creams but the best by far is 'Allergenics' from Holland and Barrett, I think it's about £5 and is just amazing, absorbs quickly and smells clean which is always nice. The Estee Lauder cleansing balm looks so pretty! I love beautiful packaging :) I just bought the Clinique take the day off balm. It is the first cleansing balm I ever used, and so far I really like it.
You should try the Lazartigue "Masque Nourrissant au Beurre de Karité" next time you are in France. I have long hair like you and it's the best mask I have ever tried (a little bit expensive but worth it!). You can buy it next to the Galeries Lafayette Haussmann.

I have psoriasis too and although for the face and body I've been able to find products that help, it's very difficult to do so for the scalp without going down the cortisone road (which doesn't work for me)! Thanks for the recommendation...will look into that scalp treatment!

I love the Elemis cleansing balm :) I use a separate eye make up remover though, the balm isn't meant to be used to remove eye make up as it isn't ophthalmology tested :) xx
For face oils I'm more familiar with the regular essential oils. Darphin make some lovely ones, but from the price I'm gathering the Sarah Chapman and SKII are more complex/have more benefits.

And l thought l was the only one with psoriasis in his scalp.l'd first started treating it with Polytar, but now l'm using a mixture of both Ducray Elution and Ducray Squanorum.Even though the problem has never been remedied completely,my scalp is doing better now,but psychological stress and leaving my hair without a bath for more than a couple of days seem to renew the problem.l'm a college student,so l can be that busy some times,and never fret,l don't scratch it even when it gets itchy which fortunately is only occasional.
My skin and hair have got *so* dry lately, this will really help me out! I love First Aid Beauty, I don't know how I haven't tried their Repair Cream yet x

Fleur you might find that your olaplex treatment will last longer if you completely wet your hair first, then towel dry the excess water, and then apply the treatment. I work at a salon and this is what we recommend out clients to do, that way the product will get a move even distribution.
Hi Fleur, I just wanted to start out by saying I love your videos! I also wanted to inform you that your captions for your videos are a little bit off. For example, at 00:58 when you say " my favorite lip balm at the moment" your caption reads " i'm not my favorite apartment moment" and at 01:15 when you say " by the time i put my lip product" the caption reads " was home with lip product". This is just a few of the mistakes in the captions on your videos. Sarah H. Beasley Unscented and extremely emollient ones such as Dove body wash or soap. Eucerin has an oil based one in the USA which is great. Don't exfoliate your skin with bead based body washes nor acids as you can irritate it so much that your psoriasis gets worse and your skin is raw. Above all talk to a doctor. A derm or even just a family doctor. And check out psoriasis.org for more information.
If you love cleansing balms, you MUST try the Heimish All Clean balm 😍 Heimish is a Korean brand and theirs is like the cleansing balm to end all cleansing balms 😁 xox
Hi fleure. I'm so happy that I've found someone who has the same scalp problem as me. I'm hoping you'll see this message as I need some advice. I use yoghurt to calm down my psoriasis. It isn't bad bad but I just always get little flakes and just the front of my scalp gets quite dry. But anyways. I use yoghurt to calm It down. But when I'm in a rush I sometimes not able to put yoghurt in because I have to leave it in for minimum an hour then wash it out. Is there any advice you can give on products that are the best to use? P.s - your amazing and love your work. Please stay the happy and bubbly person you are. :)
I think Fleur should try not lining her lower lash line or making the line less thick. It takes away from the beauty of her eyes and gives her face an overall "sad" appearance 😕
With the Sanctuary oils, did you say it's better to get the ones that do or don't have mineral oil in them? I've rewinded a few times but I'm still not sure!

For example, at 00:58 when you say " my favorite lip balm at the moment" your caption reads " i'm not my favorite apartment moment" and at 01:15 when you say " by the time i put my lip product" the caption reads " was home with lip product". This is just a few of the mistakes in the captions on your videos. If you could please fix these that way more people in other communities such a the deaf or foreign languages can enjoy your video as much as I do.

Sarah H. Beasley Unscented and extremely emollient ones such as Dove body wash or soap. Eucerin has an oil based one in the USA which is great. Don't exfoliate your skin with bead based body washes nor acids as you can irritate it so much that your psoriasis gets worse and your skin is raw. Above all talk to a doctor. Hi fleure. I'm so happy that I've found someone who has the same scalp problem as me. I'm hoping you'll see this message as I need some advice. I use yoghurt to calm down my psoriasis. It isn't bad bad but I just always get little flakes and just the front of my scalp gets quite dry.
But anyways. I use yoghurt to calm It down. But when I'm in a rush I sometimes not able to put yoghurt in because I have to leave it in for minimum an hour then wash it out.
Is there any advice you can give on products that are the best to use?

I think Fleur should try not lining her lower lash line or making the line less thick. It takes away from the beauty of her eyes and gives her face an overall "sad" appearance 😕
