I think it’s pretty hypocritical when Quinn tells Rachel that she lives in a “school girl life” when Quinn is legit trying to have the perfect “head cheerleader and quarterback become prom king and queen” relationship sure Rachel and Finn had their ups and downs but Quinn barely cared about Finn just the fantasy she believed Finn would fit in
So much of Quinn's problems with other characters come down to projection. She believes Rachel will make it, but she doesn't believe that for herself. Quinn genuinely thinks the most interesting point she can ever hope for in her story is "I was a prom queen who married my high school sweetheart" and she clings desperately to that fantasy because she thinks it is all she will ever have and the most she can ever hope for. She hates Rachel for pointing out that Finn has before and might again love someone else, and that there is a possibility that this fantasy will not play out. If Quinn doesn't get Finn, she gets nothing, but if Rachel doesn't get Finn, Rachel will always have her talent, and Quinn both respects and hates her for that truth because she doesn't feel the same way about herself. It's very sad that Quinn doesn't feel entitled to having wild dreams and ambitions. She gets frustrated with Rachel because Rachel doesn't have that level of what Quinn probably sees as "tough love" for herself, when in reality it's the destructive thought patterns of a girl who was desperately afraid and sure she would peak in high school.
I think what quinn is trying to point out is that finn is standing in the way of Rachel's success and she need to move on. If Quinn didn't let go of Finn she would've never have been accepted to Yale if she let her life revolve around Finn

She knows that Rachel has always been insecure where she’s concerned and even though she is saying “I’m going to get the guy” she’s also admitting defeat.
