I have been a carer to a mental health patient for over seven years and my mind has crossed borders most people never will and I believe the awakening is so we can find our true selves and all we need do is ask the questions and our insides will lead us to the answers. I find all your works very interesting. It takes a huge amount of love to endure the life of a carer and what money cannot fix LOVE CAN💓

I found the vibration of OMMMMM to have helped me out in my meditation days it vibrates the mind to a higher frequency and the heart flame breathing which is also a kundalini practice….but all in all it doesn’t matter how we get there…just so long as we do…thanxz for sharing….dogs licking and nails clicking add to the ambience of life that goes on regardless of anything we hope to attain…silence.being very hard to obtain in this world so full of noise as a truck drives past my bedroom window at 5am I think it needs a new exhaust try meditating with that going on. 🚦

Yes, we need to be mindful of what we say before the words are out, as they can have a very powerful effect on the recipient. That's why I'm not listening to too much about the pandemic anymore .. they've flooded our senses with the negativity of it all, changing our consciousness to a more negative state. Your meditations, and presence, are the perfect way to filter out unwanted noise. Thank you! ✨🧘‍♀️✨

I am in recovery and I think that meditation is the best medicine for my addiction/s , it truly frees my mind in ways that I never thought to be possible! I just found this out in the last few months, and I struggled so hard the first 2 years getting clean, and than I remembered meditating one time in rehab and started trying it out here and there, and now I like to take my time , a few times daily, and just collect my thoughts!!!And I love your channel , BTW both are pretty great really !!!

My daughter is struggling with somethings right now and as a parent I am trying to find ways I can center myself so I can be the person she needs when she needs me. I notice that my mind is all over the place at times and yoga, Wim Hof breathing and cold showers and mediations is helping me cope with the stress.

Hi Russell, one of your biggest fans here. My brother has autism and sees everything in a very black and white manner. I am on the same page as you in my belief that we all share one consciousness and we must be loving and compassionate to eachother. I do my meditations with you and Mooji every day and read a lot of Eckhart Tolle. I am still learning every day but have been awakened for about a year thanks to you. I wish I could explain it all to my brother in the most simple way possible so he could understand as he suffers from anxiety and I think he could benefit, but he is very resistant. I also find that when I explain it all to others, they laugh or roll their eyes and think I’m a nutter (which is partly true of course) Please would you do a video about how you would explain our shared belief to others in the most simple, and beautiful, inspiring way so I may use it in conversation. I am also interested in what you see when you meditate and imagine yourself as ‘nothing?’ When you did your meditation with Mooji he asked you if you had a form during the meditation. And you said ‘nothing’ I imagine myself as colourful particulars part of a nebula. Do you really see just nothing? Thank you in advance. You continue to be (along with Mooji and Nick Cave) my most inspiring and wondrous teacher. love Holly (Surrey, UK based)

Very interesting. We don't give our 4 legged or winged or gilled or fuzzy or many legged companions enough credit. I did have a bat flying round my house the other night and though I am like a Jain, a Hindu sect I think who have been wearing covid masks for hundreds of years so as not to injure a bug! Well not that extreme but I love the snails in my floundering garden and am of course a vegetarian- my partner is NOT. I won't relate the rest of the story. I can't look at him and concentrate, he's so handsome, reminds me of a hippie boyfriend from my Gypsy youth! Wonderful Russell's hero was one of his- My Phil spent nights in our tent much to my frustration, trying to Astral project! Wish I had kept more of my hippie values- got all my Alan Watts books but I don't meditate- in rehab and too depressed. Still at the guilt stage ( well I broke stuff, like Marianne Faithfull the iconic singer, actress and writer, without the beauty and talent, just the broken bones, but I listen to her album Broken English and it helps! Nice to meet you. Namaste. Z

Im back to meditating + breathing exercises couple of times a day, every day since 3 weeks ago and 2 things I was thinking about already manifested in the physical world. Everytime this happens I always wonder what came first....did I pick up on it before it happened or did it happen because I was thinking/wishing it.....Is it two ends of a closed circle¿ Always has me wondering......Anybody has an opinon on this?

David Hawkins says that everything is happening spontaneously and so I think that the more thought you put into something the more likely it'll happen since there's more awareness on a certain outcome. In other words every moment there is infinite potential for anything to happen but the likelyhood for certain outcomes is higher than others so the more you think about something the potential for that outcome is increased. I hope that made sense.

IMO i tend to feel a third party in the physical world (or not) has tuned in capable of directly effecting consciously as i thought of it or subconsciously because i was thinking of it

    Beloved,
… questions at end of meditation:
perhaps thoughts come to us just like the weather?
    &
the more identified we might be to this body/mind & to these physical emotions (sensations), the more thoughts of a certain nature seem to “drop in” … (does our skin bag really separate us? )
    it’s a beautiful inquiry 🌺

My dogs use to have anxiety. I started massaging them every day and now once or twice a week since they became Zen. Now they are elderly and I added Pet THC ( found it in Colorado Stores).
