Nice to see the flounders doing well in Scotland. Down here on the south coast they are few and far between these days

I learned a thing or two watching your lovely videos. like : pause for the flounder to re-commit.

Superb flounder fishing in the creeks down here in north Devon and my tip is to flatten a 2-3oz pear lead so that as the tide flows the lead will be pulled along the bottom, as it’s this movement that attracts the fish, when you feel the bite, give a bit of line then wind into the fish !
I see so many fishing a static bait then moan about the crabs 😂😂

Great vid, lovely estuary you've got and some nice fish. Nice seeing them returned for another day, last but one couldn't believe it's luck and the weather was good.

Fantastic, great when you can take the 'channel dog' with you. I've had some success with circle hooks to avoid deep hooking. Thanks for sharing. Very enjoyable watch.

Great watch, like the idea of a sm swivel after the beads,so if a fish gets deep hooked you can snip the hook length it won't cause any harm to it,it will rot out

Was that the Tyne estuary at Belhaven bay beach? Fished there years ago and had great sport, also at the mouth of the Biel burn, thanks for the memories.

Great video and narration. It's interesting that Americans tend to jig for them.
