I got to see The Three Stooges in 1961 at the Shrine Circus in Kansas City at Municipal Auditorium, they came out and did 30 minutes of their routines and then talked to the kids about not trying to recreate their eye pokes and face slaps , the kids went nuts, we loved them, we would run home to watch The Three Stooges after school, Curly was our favorite, but Shemp was great too all of The Stooges were wonderful Moe , Larry, Curly, Shemp , Curly Joe and Joe DeRita, we loved you
