Show how to take the temperature. I’m afraid I’ll hurt my dog
Digital...under armpit? Where do you take temp from?
Most tend to only focus on the hyperthermia aspect of temperature reading.
What if the reading is hypothermic, let’s say around 99.2?
The reason why I ask is because at the moment, my doggy’s extremities feel colder than usual & that’s the temp reading I recorded.
Now what is treatment
What do you give the dog for fever?
Oregano?
Which thermometers do you recommend? All the reviews I’ve seen for digital thermometers by different brands from different retailers all have terrible reviews

Well I found one but it’s all fish with some starch. Starch is not the top 5 ingredient

@@skyjams11 thanks the thing is this brand has a lot of sugar coming from the rice potatoes etc which is heavy starch which it all breaks down to sugar; both of my dogs are dealing with yeast infection so no sugar or no heavy process food would be great. The one they’re eating seems to be helping but I just feel maybe they not getting enough nutrition, so I’m thinking about looking into topper. I don’t know much about this brand. But searching through the whole petco reading all the ingredients this one had low ingredients
I'd like a vid about puppies being spayed and then being too active. Causes a terrible lump under stitches. Can they lick and not pull stitches?

How do we take a dog's temperature? Do we have to have an anal thermometer? Would it be ok to put some petroleum jelly on the thermometer if we have to do it anally? How do you get the dog to hold still enough to get an accurate reading?
