I love the The People’s Rock Bottom. Its early work was a little too new wave for my taste. But when Tekken Tag came out in '83, I think it really came into its own, commercially and artistically. The whole move has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives its techs a big boost. It’s been compared to people’s elbow, but I think The People’s Rock Bottom has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor.

Because the original move is called that, like the "tomahawk" of King and amk, it's originally called shining wizard and is used by this old japo wrestler, it's not that their trolling but some moves are actually called something else before, like Paul's "Phoenix (something)" was originally called deathfist (I'm not sure about the the Paul thing but I'm sure there are moves that have been renamed.

Are there any useful combos for b2, 1+2? All I have is uf4 > 1,2 > b2, 1+2 > ffn2 to fish for any wake up attacks. I don't see people using this move anymore. Is the damage too weak or something?

Not against small characters. Back roll avoids it. Gotta go with d+3+4,4,2 for guaranteed damage against them.
