I made a rule at my in-laws that I could keep any of the feral kittens I could catch. I've brought home 5 over the years. The first 2 were caught 12 years apart. Then I caught the 3rd and 4th a year apart and number 5 about 3 years later. The 3rd was the hardest, he tore me up but I wasn't letting go. He was my BFF the very next day. The 4th has terrible anxiety and it's took 18 months just to get to pet him. It was worth it, he's now my little buddy. The 5th was the easiest, he couldn't walk. He had Cerebellar Hypoplasia, but it's mild and he's healthy and happy and spoiled. Shoot, all of our fur babies are spoiled, they deserve it.
