    Uncle Ted and Fred got me hooked on the bow and after 14 years i finally got my first buck at 20 yards w my bow and it was the first kill with a bow also. Best hunt ive ever had and i was listening to Fred Bear when i shot!!!

    I would have to disagree with uncle Ted on this one. Fred did make the statement "the kill is anti-climatic" however, what he meant by this statement is that the kill is bitter sweet. When Fred killed an animal it was anti-climatic because he had just taken the life of an animal that was more free than he will or would ever be. Rather, the kill was for food and nourishment. That is what Fred meant by this statement.

    Fred Bear lived in a tent up north in Michigan with his wife. It takes a special type of man to endure a Michigan winter in a tent. The dude remained humble to the end.

    I'm the first generation hunter in my family I have only hunted ones and it's in my blood already the best drug that I have ever had heart beating out of my chest thinking the Hog hears it releasing my arrow hearing the pig squeal he runs off trying to stop shaking tracking blood then seeing the animal that I shot up close praying over it then dragging him out my first hunt by myself didn't know what I was doing at all but I Thank God every day I'm able to do this tonight I will see if I can get another one.

    I love Ted Nugent too death! But I too was raised by Fred Bear(and my kick ass dad),his videos, and I am a traditional bowhunter, I was taught to respect wildlife and the beauty it possesses, many times I have been faced by a beautiful buck, that I have let go on its way... go hunt with me, and you Will see it is more about skill and passion than the kill, I love you Mr Nugent thanks for To Be With You! And what you have ve done for the USA! But don't forget the passion fron the traditionalist and the joy that comes from the long bow, god bless Ted and his work with the NRA but god bless Fred Bear for his life with the bow!! (I shoot a late 50's bear cub)

    Uncle Ted is his own worst enemy. Not that he does it on purpose of course, he just explodes on himself. He is the perfect example of someone with a Bi-polar personality disorder. He seems like he takes care of it himself but these types of explosive interviews are the result. Sure he could medicate himself and be like a wooden door knob but I like this TN a lot better.

    Nuge had a deferment, he did not draft dodge. Get over it, he's done enough for the hunting and shooting community to negate anything negative he may/or may not have done in the past. Grow up and get over it people. I am sure you all have done everything perfectly and amazing. I am sure you've never broken any laws even speeding. The Man stands up for what is right and just in this country and is not afraid to piss people off for the rights of All Americans and for that you have to respect him.

    I agree not only does it make the roads safer to a certain degree but it reduces an over populated forest to many animals not enough food means starvation and a suffering animal hunting has always been a beneficial activity in many ways I love animals as much as the anti hunters some just taste good with a side of potatoes and gravy lol

He's measured, a little sensitive, never vulnerable, doesn't eat kiche. Real man territory; if he truly Fears God and says prayers in the Name of Jesus. I would conclude: Smart, Very smart.

    @Quontomleeeep Actually I know hunting isnt for alot of people, and thats ok. Just dont tell me what IM doing is wrong because its a hell of alot more humane than the way the meat in the supermarket is gotten. The animals I kill dont live in a cage their entire life until they are finally killed and butchered, they live Free in the wild. And their is alot less waste with the animals I kill and consume, I use every part of that animal that I can.

    Ha you can’t even talk about a hunting experience with “hunters” anymore online. They’ll fly off the handle and find any excuse to call you unethical and criticize you. But if you don’t tell them anything and show them a picture of the deer they’ll drool. Real life hunting is not textbook hunting. Never in all the times I’ve hunted in the sticks had a deer pose broadside for me...ever.

  • @craiganderson9417
    @craiganderson9417 11 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    You know the sad part is if you dont hunt and have crap to say about it. When u fish you always bait the hook its baiting. Leaving a fish out of the water so it can die why isnt that unethical because you do it. You shoot an extra deer oh shit huge problem. You snag a fish no biggey how big was it lol. And all these non hunters probably fish. Why the hell is hunting so unethical or having a little corn or what have you for the animals. A huge deal when fishing is somewhat the same situation.

  • @jbc45lc
    @jbc45lc 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    he is saying the kill is anticlimatic cuz the hunt is now over. something lives with in us hunters all year you get ready for this thing you have to do that you love so much and the kill is made and its over thats why its anticlimatic. its not that you feel bad killing something. If i were to kill a little tweety bird just to kill something I would feel bad cuz i have wasted one of Gods creatures. hunting is a completly different thing and if you dont understand you should get in to it. and see.

    Make no mistake about it.
    There are Hunters.
