  • Cut Up is a relatively new, powerful death metal band from Sweden. Consisting mostly of former Vomitory members, the band released their second album, Wherever They May Rot, earlier in the spring. They also performed at Steelfest Open Air 2017 in Finland where we caught these fine men for an interview. Check it out and let us know how we did on our Facebook page: / rautametal

Jerry, your interviews are quite good! One of my favorite things is to watch/listen to interviews with bands I like. Some interviewers simply act like they don't want to be there, and of course the band being interviewed senses that. But you bring something good to it. Keep it up!

Thank you very much! I wouldn't do these interviews if I didn't like doing them myself. I am always interested in the bands' views and hopefully to learn something new. Cheers!

Ok, I just discovered these guys last night at work. I heard “Wherever they may rot.” Fuuuuuck!! I loved this record so much. Holy shit! It’s a shame that they may not be active as of today but that record fucking slayed!!! I’m so stupid to have missed them.

Well, these are all old school Swedish dm guys so they probably know more about Boss HM2 use than most other bands out there :)
