Dr. Simpson Demonstrates What To Do When Someone Has A Heart Attack | Megyn Kelly TODAY
Thanks 15 second ad! I almost died because of this!
Amen
they really should have ad free videos for medical information videos
it’s the owner who put ads on their video or not
I had to watch a 15 second unskippable ad before watching this😀
Lol
Sometimes it’s good to have a reminder
This really doesnt need ads
After this, I’m still not sure how to perform CPR to save a life. That was very rushed and undetailed
How can important segments like this be only 2 min but a pop/celebrity tribute or scandal segment be longer?!? 🤦🏾♀️😒🤯🤨
This isn’t meant to train you. Take a class.
I’m not a fan of segments like this that rush through steps for something that takes 1 or 2 full days to learn and get somewhat comfortable with. They should’ve had a disclaimer or not done it at all.
that broad kept interupting and chiming in like she was the expert.
@SaikiKFannBothe presenters where almost speaking on top of one another…. she was kind of speaking over him.. it’s half way through the video and i’m none the wiser.
Why bring a guest to explain if you keep talking over him. let him do his thing.
Thanks for another great show! Very informative for all.
There should NOT be ads on first aid videos.
0:05 he didn’t seem very confident of himself 😂😂😂
Lol
I think cuz she didn’t let him explain, she jumped in and started explaining 😂
she said he died and then alive again?? 😂
yeah I’m confused as well
Most of the time when someone has a heart-attack they flatline. This means that their heart stops beating and you say they are dead. When you do cpr and their heart beats again they are alive again. So you could technically die and come back to life…😮
I seen it happen today a man was unresponsive on the side of the road he was even blue with no pulse I called 911 we started cpr soon as I know it his pulse was picking back up and he was getting his pulse back and starting to respond some to paramedics I do believe in miracles if I wouldn’t have stopped he probably would still be laying there
Really great advice.
I hope I never have to try this but at least I now have a clue what to do.
Please remove monetization from this video, It required in urgency
Thanks
Why have a guest when you keep talking over him?
Exactly 🤷♀️ 😂
A heart attack and cardiac arrest are two different things. Most heart attack patients are still fully conscious. Yes a heart attack can cause a cardiac arrest but they are different. If you are conscious and having a heart attack a AED or chest compressions will not help you.
Ohhh, may I learn more? This is interesting.
Thanks for ads I died for this 😊
I looked this up after Damar Hamlin of the Buffalo bills had a heart attack on the field. I want to be able to save the people I love or strangers if something bad happens
Seriously this much ads? You should made this video ad free
He is doing CPR WAYY TOO fast
wow he wasnt kidding I did get a 30 second ad.
America 😂😂 even with someone’s death they make commercials
Bro all I can focus on is how good those buns in basket look.
Seems very rushed, we need info to be clearly presented so it may be done right, as best as possible
She needed to shut up
"The cow goes moo, the chicken goes kluk, the pig goes oink...'
Why is there an ad at the beginning?
Why the rush?
Gotta squeeze another commercial!
What season is that their in?
He forgot to explain what CPR does. Many people have seen it a hundred times but do not really know what it is for..With pressing on the heart region you pump blood in and out the heart. you take over what the heart stopped doing...circulating the blood stream. Blowing fresh air into the lungs so the blood can take the oxygen....and keep it circulating again. Therefore it is important that you keep doing it until the heart takes over again.
All of the individuals were adults. What about babies and elderly?
Umm was he a doctor?
Thanks to the unskippable ad I died I can’t post anymore I’m a ghost
I have TH-cam premium so i got saved in time without Ad.
This is for cardiac arrest not heart attack. The woman rushed him and didn’t even let him explain himself. Not informative video.
Epinephrine auto injectors (Like the Epi Pen) should be given in the thigh, not the arm. The instructions are on the label.
Do NOT listen to this dangerous advice!
More muscle the faster it gets into your bloodstream.
What do you call the person who graduates last in their class in Medical School?
"Doctor". Kind of scary, right?
"350,000 people will suffer cardiac arrest this year and 90% will unfortunately lose their life"? Can I get a source on that ridiculously false statistic Doc?
It's also called an Automated External Defibrillator. Not an "Automatic External Device"... Epinephrine is given in the thigh, not the shoulder or the arm! Where did you find this clown?!
What kind of Doctor is Sampson and what medical school's Affirmative Action program is responsible for his MD? So I know to avoid doctors who went there.
Yea I was in the army and for epi pen they told us to do it on our leg
This was confusing...

"Doctor". Kind of scary to think about, right?

Actually looked it up and it said only 12% die from it
Yeah kinda doubting he's a good doctor at all
Can she actually like shut up?
This is not a good representation of cpr at all
Do not buy these you can not use it on yourself during a heart attack
That doctor does not know how to do it .. that's what it seems like to me.. she was trying to explain
This video sucks for not really showing u how to help someone without the machine
The worst demonstration i’ve seen yet 🤦♂️
Why is the host try to be comedic ! This is a serious situation ! Americans 🙄 psssh
