Dagger duchess needs a tier of her own
Dagger Duchess is for sure a S+ tier card
I think they should rework her. My idea would be to make her shoot a maximum number of daggers at a time, depending on how many troops are in her range (so 1 dagger per troop), with each dagger dealing a relatively low damage. This would make her effectively good against storms and weak against tanks, because right now it’s just godly for x amount of time, and not so good when she finishes the ammo. For the damage she would do I would chose it depending on how much HP she would have: if she can handle cards like spirits or wall breakers alone, then she would need to have less HP than the princess tower, otherwise she can also have more HP. It’s a bit sad that this would erase the peculiar ammo ability, but I don’t see how this would work on a tower troop that should be good against storm and bad against tanks.

Little prince should die to fireball. It can be too much for 3 elixir.
And even still, it would be a negative elixir trade. I honestly think he should go to 4 elixir.
People have been saying this since release and Supercell doesn't care because they advertised the little prince as something that survives fireball.

The thing about X-Bow is that it's good, except the meta Giant decks are just a brutal counter. Giant + Little Prince means you'll never really get a lock unless they make a big misstake.
Yeah, but most xbow decks have very strong defence, so you can win by the tie breaker because of spell cycling
@@amnis_999 Defending perfectly is very hard against these decks when they run things like evo bomber and get guaranteed tower damage with poison and evo zap or arrows. Definitely not unwinnable, but very hard. You have to get them in single elixir and spell cycle the rest of the wat. It's probably an 85-15.
@@amnis_999 most giant decks run lightning or void/poison so no because if you spell cycle, they will keep on spamming giant phoenix
@@bestplayerofalltime105 Before they spell cycle. It's always a defending xbow + tesla in their land. Spamming Giant + Phoenix can be a backfire
X-bow is a very high skill deck to play. Boss' ranking are based on top ladder where everyone is skilled naturally. In mid ladder you won't see x-bow even though it's decent in the meta.
I feel like an interesting way to balance the clone would be making it more expensive like one or two elixir and having the clones have like 50% of the troop’s hp but the clones have decreasing hp like a building so they last only like fifteen or ten seconds

4 elixir would be ok with ur concept
Would be more balanced if the clones also did 50% of the damage since 50% health an insane buff even if it decreases over time. Also would probably need to be 4 elixir min as 3 would give it insane value.

Hey, can you please not put all evos in the S tier? I get they are way stronger than regular cards, but I think it would be better to compare them to other evolutions, so I suggest you make a separate tier list just for evolutions.
I think thats fine. Besides its all contained in one video, just compare the evos relative to their spot on the tier list

But it's a card tier list, not comparing them to the others wouldn't be a genuine tier list they are better than most cards it's the point of getting them
He isn’t comparing them to regular cards, most are just very strong in this meta. When ranking evos, you need to compare them to others, or each of them would be a garenteed S tier, which is not what he did.
Hey I think you're right. Comparing evos with other normal cards doesn't help at all, because everybody knows including 2 evos in their deck is better than 1 or no evo.

Boss can you do a tierlist based on how level dependent any card is? Would be a fun idea imo which I havent seen any other creator do

This is basicly impossible to do because it depends so heavily on decks. To give an example, in some decks your little prince is your main defensive card, in others it's just a support card or a "good" card. It's really not something that you can rate.

@@Starlight_583no i think he means major interaction differences based on level. Such as cards that would die to a spell it shouldn’t be because it’s under leveled.
I mean, every card is very dependent on level... you seen these videos where people let Lv1 and Lv15 troops fight each other?

Its unique, but its not fun. I mean you cant make any meta fun with 2 evos per deck.
Arrows need a massive nerf, im 100% sure arrows will get their radius decreased, its surprising nobody runs log cause arrows offer more value

The only reason it seems strong all of a sudden despite not having any buffs is because of the meta w/ evo bombers, evo firecrackers, lava loon

Make arrows do fireball damage to air troops but log damage to ground troops, that way it has a niche and still isn’t useless and its elixir cost makes sense.
I've been running arrows in nearly every deck since the game launched, and the evolved archers/firecracker not dying to it was a critical breakpoint that cost me a lot of games. Restoring their HP to normal has brought me to use it again.
everyone here is in the lower end of midladder and it shows.
i remember when Barbs terrorized back in 2016 and i made a full counter deck with guards and D Prince. it was lovely

You know, if they were to buff evolved ice spirit, they could give it the ability to prioritize bigger targets, such as Giant, PEKKA, Giant Skeleton, etc. That way, it can, at the very least, get some value when big pushes are made by your adversary.

I think evos are bringing a bit of a problem with balancing that no one's really addressed yet.
Clash Royale did kind of fix this by making evo stats closer to original, but now they have to consider a normal card *and* evo versions when it comes to balancing. A nerf or buff to the normal card will affect the evos now.
5:15 it’s strange that in the card info, it shows arrows has 1.4 radius
Evo battle ram feels like it should be even lower a lot of the time it does worse when you do manage get a connection on the tower because it bounces back then dies with your barbs away from the tower and easily distracted
Next time i think you should tier list the evo’s by themselves bc obviously they’re all gonna be A-S tier above all else but comparing them strictly to eachother would be very interesting

Had 9 epic trade tokens for today and spent like 600 gems getting void spells

The amount of spells in S tier and A tier is crazy. Maybe it’s because of LP, drill and Giant all being countered well by spells but it’s still odd
Evo Ice spirit maybe should be a 1 cycle card to viable
evo fc is actually a buff, its being used so much in crl
Time to make a deck with the S-tier only cards and see if it is the meta
without arrows, firecracker is basically impossible to kill without using 4 elixer spells and gets way to much value. Also I'm around 7500 trophies and looking at my past battles there is about one time every 4 or so matches where someone isn't playing her
Pretty damn good list, I’m glad someone finally understand the giant is good despite being the most basic card in the game

It hurt when you said the worst evolution was the ice spirit💀 I run that in almost every deck and it’s honestly my favorite card for just denying an entire push. That thing works wonders
Boss, do you think evo ice spirit would be comparable to other evos if it only had one cycle?
Nah. The evo just doesn't make any sense, so easy to block and sometimes it jumps on the wrong unit. Almost never gives any value. They just have to rework the evo completely or just leave it as it is and being the worst evo in the game.
Do this and add a health buff
they should make it survive log and have a larger radius
If it has a 1 cycle which makes a lot of sense since it's a cycle card it'd probably not be the worst in the game but still it's pretty useless and I think they should just rework it at this point

You’re going to suffer from void and lightning spell. Also beatdown is very prevalent. It’d be pretty hard
id really drop queen for lp if i were you, imo void and beatdown and bridge spam are so prevalent in this meta that i wouldn’t bother, it’s the same as playing a giant minion horde deck against exenado drill
14:8. Bro goblin barrel is still worst and worst. So many eazy counters, many spells, imo this is the worst win condition, maybe 3m but goblin barrel is trash. Princess is very strong, knight, tesla is so good this is why bait is a little bit back to the meta. In many situations you must princess on the bridge or spell cycle to take damage if you play log bait...

If arrows were not present in the game, I would have put Evo Archer among the top 3 Evo. It is better than before, but it dies because of arrows.

Man when I thought PBS was making a comeback with all the buffs they were instantly made irrelevant with the dagger dutchess and evo tesla being meta doesn’t help. The evo zap was nice but I don’t think the evo battle ram deserved a nerf, in most my PBS decks I’ve used other evos (zap, bomber, wizard) and just used the regular battle ram. Got to UC for the first time last season using a PBS deck with battle ram and goblin drill bc in most matchups the battle ram struggled to break through. Plus I only have 10 lvl 15 cards.
of course people are using void its because theyre mainly trying to 150 cycle chip... which i dont get why. ise void and Quake to shutdown offense. gice more room for your own pushes

hear me out, battle ram freeze. even with normal battle ram it can usually destroy whatever building they place down and then some. very nasty combo imo

I think I'm the only one that thinks ice wizard is underrated and underused. I have been using it and how much value he gets and all the beat down and arrow rampant, ice wizard really shines and I've noticed that he pairs with Monk well.
Yeah he's a victim of the Little Prince, pretty much similar to Archer Queen, except the fact even Boss underestimates him.
He needs
1. Damage buff, both his spawn dmg and regular dmg
2. Probably an area of effect buff, not much larger just a little bit so it gets more value with tornado
3. Dagger Duchess out of the meta because it kills the baby dragon and knight variation of splashyard since these mini tanks die in 2 seconds by her.
Ice wizard is possibly my favourite card but it's just bad, it's not underrated it's just ass because there are better options. The only deck viable with him right now is Icebow and that's about it
@@Nanoculob try him with Monk and see how strong he can be. The only counter is lighting and lighting isn't super meta since arrows are everywhere. Ice wizard isn't bad like everyone says he is. He pretty much counters all beatdown easily. He doesn't need any buff other than his health back to survive fireball like Little prince does. He would be fixed.second, baby dragon isn't bad if I had to be honest. He pretty good on its own and ice wizard had other decks than splash yard

Cannoneer got destroyed in this balance changes. He now kills hogs in 3 whole hits, and log + 1 shot doesn't kill a wizard, e-wiz, musketeer, etc.
And not only that but half your tower is gone against bats. If they kill duchess and buff cannoneer to dealing area dmg(but nerf something else ofc) then the meta would be balanced, but honestly the addition of tower troops will always mean an unbalanced meta.
@@Nanoculob yeah, Tower Troops are bound to be permanently unbalanced. Even so, Dagger Duchess is clearly broken on purpose.
Boss would be S tier if he was oiled up dancing to crazy frog
Rocket’s reasoning feels kinda weak. You basically said it has high usage, but never elaborated on what makes it good.
It is extremely useful as a secondary win condition in fast cycle decks, because if you have for example a miner deck and your opp has duchess He'll get almost no dmg, so you'll need something to guarantee dmg, and rocket has the best dmg for elixir ratio, it's extremely useful in 2X elixir and in 3X elixir it can take out a tower from 2k hp to 0. And in general it's great to have it because it obliterates lava hound balloon and giant night witch fishermen.
What has this meta become? Nah like dagger duchess should get like a 5-8% dps nerf or give it like 5% less hp than canoneer. All the non A tier evos need a nerf.give evo knight a 30-20% shield. Nerf evo wizard by shield hp by like 10%. Nerf arrows. Nerf evo zap by making each zap weaker by like 8% or something that so like 2cd zap is 8% less and then the third is another 8% less. Nerf evo tesla by making it so the aoe effect does freeze dps and no stat buffs. Nerf evo wall breaks total dps to like just 5 percent more than evo wallbreaker. Make it so evo ram stops charging when it hits a unit. Revert evo skele first hit. Evo bomber bounce dldamage falloff (each bounce does less damage by like 10%). Nerf void so that it has the same duration and damage but only one etrike that takes 3 seconds to take place or something like that so it has more counterplay. Nerf arrows radius to zap or snowball. Nerf all building hps by 5% excludings spawners and goblin cage. Nerd little prince dps by 8% and nerf guardian dps and hp by like 5% each as well. Buff regular recruits by like 2 percent shield reg hp and dps (reg recruits useless and the evo is with like a million counters being top dawg rn)

Dark prince is D tier, he really eazy to counter. The Reason why he's not F is because when he's raged up he does good damage
In my opinion Evo Valk is one of the best ones, maybe be biased since It's one my favorite cards but it pairs so well in this lavaloon meta
Evo valk dies so fast and evo knight is just miles better than Evo valk

it’s annoying when it crosses the bridge and starts chipping your tower but it’s actually more of a liability than an asset in a LOT of cases esp against decks like pekka bridge you don’t wanna play her into that, half the time your helping them reach tower

i dont understand why regular RG is in D but evo RG is in A. evo RG is not even worth running anymore, that pushback is the only benefit it gets which doesnt even do anything against the majority of RG counters. you're better off running regular RG and two other evos

I agree with everyrhing in this list but in my opinión prince its a okay card,giant double prince its underrated,i use giant double prince with rage evo skeletons bats poison and witch(i agree witch its bad) but i dont payed any money in the game so all this years Playing i dont even have more than 2 decks to use and even my main deck only have one card level 15,but this month i finally get into 9000 trophys with this deck and i think prince does a phenomenal job in some situations,but he can be countered easy for some cards,but i will say its a okay card to be honest
