That lowii x edwardsiana is absolutely stunning! It's crazy to see the striping coming through on that amazing toothed peristome, absolutely incredible man.
A little while ago, I had never heard of a hybrid between highland Nepenthes and lowland Nepenthes, but I have heard about it recently. What can be expected from these hybrids is their adaptability to temperature. What I would like to expect from Nepenthes breeders is the creation of such hybrids.
Hello very good collection, you can see that you love these plants and that they love you , a question.... Send to the Canary Islands.? Would it be possible to buy some esemplares? Thank you for your attention greetings Patrizio
Dominik, My N. dyeriana made a flower recently and I collected the pollen. Would you be interested in a vial? If so I'll contact you. I'm also super excited I have a male and female ventricosa in flower at the same time. Some people thing ventricosa is boring because it's so common but I LOVE them.
Actually I have a question Dom: I only have a terrarium in my apartment and I'm worried about buy more Nepenthes because I'm afraid they'll start vining at some point. If this is the case, can I trip the vine to keep the plant short? I just don't have the space for a long growing vine.
I know I’m not him, but I have an answer: yes. You can trim Nepenthes, and they will quickly grow new shoots at the base. The cut vines will not grow any more.
I have a question about a VFT one of its leafs mutated and now has 2 traps on it. If I take it off and grow it will the entire new plant come with that mutation or will it grow normal traps
My name is Amy.. My hubby just order me a Nepenthes truncata titan seeds from etsy tonight. I am so excited bout it in the mail soon. I can hardly wait to get my very first seeds. I got a small grow tent to pit my seeds in. My seeds are so hard to find.
