I was going to comment that using the spindle lock while tightening the collet nut might not be good for it. Then I checked the manual and that's exactly what it says to do. It also mentions the 10mm thin wrench is an alternative. That was a surprise! The other thing worth mentioning about this unit is the manual states: " The collet chuck is self-extracting; it is NOT necessary to strike the collet chuck to free the router bit." That is a big bonus compared to other routers where the collet gets stuck every time! Nice video!
The Bosch PR20EVS Palm Router has an A-rated noise level of 84 dB(A) for sound pressure and 95 dB(A) for sound power. At the lower level of 16,000 RPM it should be quiet enough. I hope this helps and thanks for watching!
