Honda has given the new Accord a refresh and has added quite a few new features that keep the Accord up to date with the latest technology.

My point since you missed it, was this Accord is more stylish, modern, and more attractive than any Acura right now.

The sport looks so much better, but I think I'm going to have to go with this exl because of the moonroof and heated seats. Why are their trims so effed up? Makes it a much harder decision than it needs to be. Guess I could always have a deck lid put on and have those fugly rims swapped. Then just live with the single exhaust. It's a commuter, not a sport car anyway. Overall, beautiful car. Good video!

Austin! what did you end up doing? I have the same issue now in 2021, however im leaning toward the v6 17-17 sedan. The sport is so much more stylish than the ex for some reason, double screens too

I just bought this exact model(2016 Accord Ex-L)today and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I've owned 3 Accords and wouldn't ever own any other make! 🧡🤍🧡🤍
Big fan of that two tier dash and the interior looks like quality...The only thing that turns me off about the refresh is all the dang chrome to the left and right of the Honda badge...Honda to me has always been more of a sportier name but the chrome is opposite of sporty...it's bling lol. Thanks for going over this one though...Definitely liked the review man!
Yeah, the two tier dash is pretty nice! The interior does have a very good quality feel to it. I for one like the new grill; I think it is a little more blingy. Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed it!
I like this car way more than my 2013 exl. I had to keep bothering the dealer asking when their first shipment was coming in. The 2016 exl has few things i wish my 13 had. Android auto is awsome especially with google play. Not an apple kind of guy but glad to know it aslo has apple car play. One thing i didnt like was the hud resolution. Feels like my 13 had screen resolution. Cant wait for the 2018s. 9 speed auto with a 2.0 300+ hp. Ford has been making a big fuss about their new fusion sport but im sure honda has something up their sleeve.

I have the 2016 honda sport canadian version. Awesome car. Love the drive and looks. My only beef is the audio system. If you are an audiophile or are fussy about audio quality the sound system is average at best and that is with the 7 speaker sound system.
If only they would have done the leather bolster on the regular ex like the accord sport. It would have looked wayyy more elegant
I don't know. 2016 Accord EX or 2016 Nissan Altima SV. I drove the Altima and liked it but I also want to take the Accord for a spin. I just don't know about Hondas Touch Screen radio. The Nissan looks a lot more simpler to use.
You probably already bought the car, but the Accord is the way to go. My mother has a SR (with the bigger display from the SL) and there's not as many features as the Accord.
What color is it? It's like a silver but slightly different it seems.
I'm leaning towards getting this car in the hybrid version for 2017 when it comes out

Anyone that owns an Accord, how is the sound system (the 6 or 7 speaker system)?
+Jeffrey Hegie FM radio quality is horrible. I have the 7 speakers(sub). I would give the audio a 7 out of 10 during usb or apple carplay. Part of the problem is honda's Dsp mode. It kills the low end frequency to the speakers in compensating the sound of the road/engine noise. You can disconnect it but then you will have more road/engine noise in the cabin. The system on paper sounds like it should be premium but it is not. Very complicated to do an aftermarket install as well. It is the only downfall to the car but I am a musician so I am picky on audio quality and I think for most people the audio will be fine.

bluetooth is very good for music and calls although I just use the apple carplay. It will go loud but the bottom end doesn't thump or boom.

The low beam and high beam headlights are NOT L.E.D. I just had mine done.

nnot really a fan of the directional wheels and single port exhaust on the non sport 4 cylinders. also the blue is so wimpy looking. loaded v6 touring or sports look WAY nicer.
They had a Sport package there, but it was already sold and was getting ready to leave by the time I noticed it.
The new 19s are sweet. I am definitely gonna try to film a more loaded model.

acura is not reliable the tlx nor rlx they let me down knowing they have starting and transmission problems

Beautiful car, but those WHEELS......YUCK! They are hideous. I know a few Honda salesmen and they highly agree. Most awful wheels ever produced by Honda.
