Let me add it to my list but it would be the same way but make it square and add 3 inches to each side for it to come down the side of the pan and seams.
I have no clue how to use a sewing machine. No idea how to thread it or anything. There’s only so much I can do trying to garden and cook from scratch and managing a family of seven with a full time job managing an auto body repair shop. I do knit when I can in the winter but other than that nothing else gets handmade. Love your beeswax cover for your sourdough bread too. Put that in your Etsy shop. I’ll buy it.
Maybe I need to do a super basic how to. I cannot knit to save my life! You sound like a superstar. My kids are all grown which makes this so much easier. Just remember how awesome you are at the things you are doing. ❤

For threading the elastic, there is a little thing called a "bodkin" from the middle ages that works really well.
I have a tool but finds it’s very hard to make the tight curve on these. I’ll have to check your bodkin out
Can you show how to do rectangle/square (ex. 9×13, 11×14, 8×8).
I like to take casseroles dishes to potlucks and these would be perfect
