Yes Mike & Mellisa the little grandkids can be exhausting.
At 63 I'm well past thise days. My grandkids will be 18 and 13 in early 2024. So I'm in the time where they have Friends and that's where they at most of the time now. Everyone kind of falls to the fringe of their lives unless they need money or want something 😅 LOL Typical teens.
Those dump beds were really nice and hopefully the pricing lands in your favor and you can add one to your new dump truck when you order it and it's delivered unless you find what uou want on a lot somewhere.
That tracksteer hitch adapter was pretty nice and worked great and I can see many of your viewers with that need ordering one soon. It would be really fun to know what products and how many of each you've used that's helped each of these companies sell. It's got to be alot I'm sure with all the machery and attachments you have.
23 mpg is awesome for such a huge truck but the diesel in it is a remarkable engine.
Hard to believe that big tank gets better then the smaller GMC Duramax diesel truck.
I think it's funny how the electric vehicle sales are not anywhere near what the moron progressives in the Biden administration want them to be.
There's an electric bus company backed by biden and his electric brained morons that fell flat on its face .The busses burn up in fires after I guess the batteries exploded and I've seen several tesla and other electric vehicles burn up in fires as well.
The idiots got a in a huge rush and pushed it so fast and hard to force the big 3 to go electric that their loses $30 thousand an ectruc vehicle so look for biden to bail them out with another trillion $$$ soon. I seen the commercial about pushing hard tlto make air travel as green as possible too. So I'm guessing we will see planed falling from the sky in a ball of fire every day because these morons are going to try batteries instead of ICE engines .
You just can't fix democrats oh I mean STUPID 😅
Their so afraid Trump is going to win next year that their rushing everything before that happens and trying to make sure he can't undo what they've done like they did everything he did.
I seen a poll an hour ago that showed Trump at 62% so his support isn't waning and the woslrse this world gets the stronge raise support will grow I believe.
2 wars caused by bidens weakness and being compromised with china and other evil empires He & Hunter have taken money from has allowed all this to happen.
It's making pur military weaker by the day because we're sending so much military artillery and ammo and bombs and vehicles planes and helicopters and tanks and of coarse biden like with our oil reserve doesn't care to replenish any of it. He's more into selling it off or juat giving it away like he did a a complete army of military machinery in thr terrible Afghanistan withdrawal.
It's sickening what he and his buffoons have done to our standing in the world .We are hated around the world way kore now then before he took office and even obmaas 8 yrs .
Democrats no how to destroy everything they touch quickly and make it look like Republicans are to blame . Young colleg age Americans and illegals are so brainwashed and unbelievable stupid its going to be a long time before this will ever turn around and possibly never

This comment is for both Mike and Melissa. I truly enjoy your TH-cam’s and have been watching for some time. Mike you always say “You know what I’m SAY’n”. That could be a great trademark for you. It is a very honest statement that I observe as your way of saying that something is your opinion and take for what it’s worth.

Good Morning to All, Clocks turned back right, My Aunt Grace always said it messed up her time to go PEE! LOL. why can they, the powers that be just resolve that move it only 30 mins lock it down forever and have the best of both worlds. you can't cut the bottom off a blanket and sew it on the top and expect a longer blanket it just does not work that way. Anyway I like the new tool for moving trailers around... the Woodmizer demo showing Quarter sawing and I have tried that but its lot of work and it does have its merits also. You are right Grand kids will wear you out more than a full day of cutting and splitting stacking wood. We have a lot of Does with fawns this year one has a buck and we are watching him grow (He is off limits for 2 years to see what he becomes) Like to see a mini cabin hunt early in morning video too. Take care all ... John Toccoa GA

The Grandkids are really growing .We enjoyed the road trip today and the part about Wood-Mizer and quarter sawing never gets old, that's so cool. Good luck with the purchasing of a dump truck and what you want . The peaceful hunting trip at the end of the day was great. The older Bucks are really smart after a few days of the rut, they start thinking a little more about safety. Stay safe around there and fill a tag when the time comes. Fred.

Good morning from the western Ozarks! About 40F/5C to start a sunny day that itself started with a brilliant rosy red sunrise. I was happily watching OWTM this morning when one of my deer-check looks at the field bore fruit. Had to (gasp) pause OWTM and pay attention. Big 10 and big 8 looked like they were comparing notes on where to check next. The 8 went west into the woods. The 10 gave me 10 minutes of watching before he ambled behind trees to east. Wide, tall, and pointy!
That walnut is gorgeous. Good to hear Thea giggle and Ty disavow wearing anyone out. Well, he’s not tired!
We had pin hitches on those front add-on bumpers for light tractors. They were the only way to back a front-wheel tongue-steer hay wagon.

Mike in my opinion you should go with a steel bed. Firewood will put dents in the aluminum bed. Plus if you decide to haul baseball to soccer ball size rock it will beat up a aluminium bed. Steel bed would be best and yes its heavier but worth it. Just be sure to wash it out good if you haul any topsoil or mulch so water don't make bed rust. Also a rotating pallet forks would be good to dump them ibc totes so you dont have to shake it so hard to get firewood out. Have a great day be safe.

The front and rear of both of my tractors is set up to move trailers here on my lot. I never get off of the tractor to hook up or unhook. All of my trailers have either a 2 inch or a 2 5/16 coupler so I keep the useless 1 7/8 ball on the tractors. I can move all of my trailers around even if the coupler is latched or pad locked. Simplifies things greatly when you have 12 plus trailer/equipment to move around.

I love moving my trailers for the hitch for my forks. It’s so much more convenient. As for the deer when I lived in 2b Allegheny county the bucks loved to hug the houses when cruising in the rut. My stand was only 130 yards from my house and the big bucks I’ve shot from that stand were between the house and the stands. I’d get in the valley near the house. I swear them deer know the hunters are usually deeper in the woods.

Really have been enjoying your videos lately, especially because I love Fall and Winter time. Especially hunting, and driving the trails etc. Use to do all of that on a buddy’s hunting property about 2700 acres. Since I have to wear oxygen now, (started wearing it 24/7 5 years ago) . Had to sell all my chainsaws and power equipment, couldn’t take a chance of a spark flying at me. MIGHT BLOW UP, who knows, not taking the chance.) can’t hunt any more, but can enjoy going. Just have to find someone to go with. But very much enjoying you doing everything. I just called my buddy, to set up a trip to go down there. (It’s in South Georgia) Takes all day to ride all the trails down there. (He has old jeep Rubicon, that drive the trails/ roads on). Thanks for sharing!!

Keep in mind Mike that if you go with fold down sides (which I'm a big fan of), side boards become an issue. Anytime you want to fold the sides, you have to remove the sideboards. That can make you not want to fold the sides as it becomes a chore. In the few cases where the sideboard holders are part of the bed side and not the gate/cab protector, the side just becomes too heavy with the boards left in.

The mileage and fuel tank capacity are a big plus for keeping the Ford. Your unloaded/non towing trips will be economical. With that capacity, you can fill up at low fuel price locations.
