Does anyone know if adding a little bit of soap helps lube the blade while cutting. Like if I was recycling the water with a wet/dry vac?

I need to drill a 4” 3/8 hole into a brick wall for a dryer vent, can I use my 18V Battery hand drill? I purchased an sds hole bit with and drill bit extension, are this compatible with my drill. First timer here

That's a large hole for a standard drill, even if it has a hammer function. For best results, you should be using a SDS rotary hammer.

"The slurry is what's helping to expose new diamonds in the core bit" Huh? So fresh water doesn't expose the diamonds? It hides them? WHAT?
