The geysers from the perfect naval officer provide a guaranteed 30% chill which could be an option, a more obvious one that came to mind is the Primal Crushclaw. Hungry loop could be a pretty good option if you can fit it in, good thoughts!
@@Doominated69 tyty, seemed like a good idea since i could also put culling strike in the loop as well. Seems like the geysers from crushclaw just does small hits and doesnt apply a chill ground. Was hoping that wasn't the case @.@
I understand the cost of items is high, sadly spectre builds require more currency in comparison to other minion builds such as SRS for example. Maybe I should have not called it a medium budget hmm. Perhaps a wraithlord, a 6 link chest and a +2 wand are possible options?
@@Doominated69 yeah I'd say I have a medium build which consists of I think 5 div total of gear. Wraith lord, +1 wand, darkness enthroned, +1 spirit shield, 21 spectre to hit level 25 and get the extra spectre. Included are my support spectres which cost me about 2 of those 5 divs. I'm not able to really push things like T17s but I can clear all of the basic bosses and complete my atlas with that
@@dev.donner You're really doing something wrong if you think a 5 div is a medium budget build, that's like a really low budget even for a non minion build, a medium budget is always around 50 to 100 divines, anything below that is low budget, and for a minion build a medium budget usually start at 100 div because of how popular the build is and how strong some of those builds are like for example BAMA, mine cost around 200 to 300 divines and is not even close to be a high budget version.

Little late to the party there. But those two uniques traditionally cost a lot more than they did this league. Also for the average player who doesn't sit there playing 24/7 and has a life, 50-100 divs is an endgame build (remember, during the first week or two of the league. When most of the player base is participating with the league not after it's died down) that can finish all content within the game. Just because you can spend mirrors doesn't mean you have to. That's just overkill.
@@dev.donner My first build during this league i made it with around 100 divines, i'm not playing 24/7 because i have a job and a life, so your concept of how people can afford that type of builds is wrong, what allow you to do that type of builds is not if you're a no life player or not, is the knowledge about the game you have, you can pretty much farm tons of divines by using different strats to farm, damn in this league people were printing divines with shipments at the start of the league until they nerfed them to the ground, you could make like 50 divines each just with your ships, let alone what you made on maps, again, if you think a build that cost 5 divines is medium budget what is wrong is your idea of how much a build should cost, even at the start of the league you can't make anything decent with that amount of currency. A medium budget build should be able to kill ubers, a high budget should be able to delete them or at least be able to tank everything in the game, what you made with 5 divines is a league starter low budget my friend, not a mid budget.
The Ethereal Feast notable doesn't do much for us. But the leech mastery 10% leech is instant and Ghost Reaver which doubles our leech cap and changes life leech to energy shield leech both work our ascendancy node Bone Barrier; Which makes minions leech 1% of their damage to us as life. This is mainly why the amount of leech gained is so crazy.
Pledge of hands is a really cool staff, i just don't think it's worth giving up a shield slot. Minion wands also come with a bunch of cool stuff. It might be a budget option early on tho, not sure about prices.
There is sadly not much between a +1 all skills amulet and a replica dragonfang. An ashes of the stars is an option, but not a super massive upgrade. I'd still take a +1 with a good life roll and maybe some res/attributes.
Forged Frostbearers can be found randomly from Verisium ore nodes, which are usually in higher tier maps. You can also join the global channel in-game by typing /global 6666 and asking for them there.
I don't really have room to put bonechill in, but it is a solid upgrade for sure. Cold snap could be used to trigger it, you could also use a Primal Crushy as a support with bonechill, but not sure it's worth sacrificing a spectre slot.

They can die yes, but they will stay in your desecrate pool.
