Hi Swadhinta! Every country has different requirements for Police Certificate. Pakistan for example does not require it. For India, you need a Police Certificate from after the age of 16 years and preferably from each area you lived in. In India, it can be acquired from the passport office. You should also bring the NVC letter to the police station or passport office. Also, if you lived in another country but are Indian or Pakistan Citizen, you will need to acquire the Police Certificate from that country as well. Hi Kulsum, mere husband most recent tax return submit kia tha ek saal ka. Also, his job changed in the process so he submitted paystubs from both jobs as well as an updated I-864 (Affidavit of Support) right before interview. good luck!

I have one question about passport expiry, Initially when I have submitted my petition, my passport validation was remaining almost 3 years and i have submitted that passport copy via USCIS portal but now my case is documentarily qualified since last one year but still pending interview date from US embassy and now my passport approaching to expiry in 5 months. Can you please guide my what should i do? shall i go for passport renewal and is there any option to upload the updated passport in the USCIS Portal at this stage?
When I went to my medical, doctor gave me polio vaccine on that day, along with other vaccine shots. And after that a yellow colored polio certificate for confirmation was also given. Also, some people get it done ahead of their medical exam, through any government hospital. They just need your passport and they give you the yellow certificate, but I personally don’t have experience with that.
It is an extra security check form issued by embassy at the time of interview or requested after interview. They will provide you with some more questions and will ask you to respond to them and submit them.

Hi Zilly Huma as far as I know, if youre getting translations for any required documents or using any copies, they should be certified. Otherwise I didnt get any document verification in my case from Karachi except for police certificate by a 19th grade officer. But plz do your own research regarding your specific case.

Fee for DS260 is $325. I have made entire video on I-864 kindly check that on my page. You are supposed to fill that online so anyone can fill it technically who can log in CEAC account but you need to make sure that its filled accordingly as asked about beneficiary.
Hi Arsalan! From my research Booster shot is not required for US medical. One just needs to complete his covid vaccine (both shots if required). Also for safe side you can just call your medical facility where your medical is scheduled to have more confirmed info. Hi Amit, total kharcha depend karta hai visa category pe. Aap apne specific category ka cost USCIS ki website pe dekh sakte hain. For example, USCIS filing fee for I-130 is $575, phir uske baadh NVC stage pe bhi around $600 lagte hain. Phir medical aur other cost bhi hote hain. Good Luck!

Only a doctor can tell you for certain if that’s a problem for your medical exam, but smoking should not be a problem in general

Update your passport. Once you get interview letter, upload the bio page of the new passport on NVC portal, and take both passports to your interview.

Hi Shilpa! According to state department website if there is any learning or intellectual disability with the applicant he/she can request for supervision or any additional requirements. I don’t know about other circumstances.

Please tell me about fee for i-864 and Fee for DS-260 and how to submit that? And is that compulsory to fill DS-260 by beneficiary or sponsor can also fill that in usa?
Fee for DS260 is $325. I have made entire video on I-864 kindly check that on my page. You are supposed to fill that online so anyone can fill it technically who can log in CEAC account but you need to make sure that its filled accordingly as asked about beneficiary.
There is this another fee of $120 which is the affidavit of support fee

Hi Arsalan! From my research Booster shot is not required for US medical. One just needs to complete his covid vaccine (both shots if required). Also for safe side you can just call your medical facility where your medical is scheduled to have more confirmed info. Hi Amit, total kharcha depend karta hai visa category pe. Aap apne specific category ka cost USCIS ki website pe dekh sakte hain. For example, USCIS filing fee for I-130 is $575, phir uske baadh NVC stage pe bhi around $600 lagte hain. Phir medical aur other cost bhi hote hain. Good Luck!
