There are the following pairing methods: 1.You can perform Bluetooth pairing according to the guide when you turn on the device for the first time. The following is the pairing page. 2.You can also press the voice buttonon the remote control, and the remote control will pair automatically. 3.Press and hold the back button and the program guide buttonat the same time on any page, and the remote control will be automatically paired. 4.You can also open dashboard and select Settings -> Remotes & Accessories -> Pair accessory. Then follow the guide to pair.
You can try adding Bluetooth by the settings menu， Specific steps：Setting->Remotes & Accessories->Pair accessory Select confirm and add Bluetooth devices
