Itching and tingling should come and go, it can mean the virus is active. But, it shouldn't be constant, so there may be something else going on. Try some supplements, or check with your doctor, if there's something else going on.

I feel i have to resort to Valtrex, its so far the only thing thats helped me, and im not happy about that. The other thing, i just had an anal breakout which was aweful!! Never had that! Why is this happening? My partner and i never had anal sex. What is happening?! Any insight on either issue?!
If your body is struggling and immune system is not strong for some reason, then you can be experiencing more outbreaks. Taking a multi vitamin and seems like every time I take it I get a break out, can vitamins give you break outs?
