This drive me nuts years ago, I delivered our neighbor hood newsletter taped to the front door but then hurt my knee, and put it in the mailboxes (I know, it was illegal even then to do that) and was amazed at how many people left their mail for days! We lived next to a High School that the kids cut thru our neighborhood to go to the neighborhood across the street. No way I left mail overnight.
In one of these, the police officer looked strange to me. He knocks on someone's door at 2 different times, finally someone answers and tells him he has the wrong house. He was in police gear but he looked suspect to me. I ain't answering for nobody.

I heard about a woman that went on vacation. Her neighbour had been collecting mail/house sitting. The key wasn't working. She called the homeowner who came home to find that some lady had moved in with her kids and changed the locks. She called the cops and was able to get rid of her. Scary. Laws are crazy.

It's no secret the food in prisons is horrible some say barely safe for human consumption. Eating is done out of pure necessity it's normal to skip meals and as a result weight is lost. So when they are released and put on their clothes the pants are now falling off. The waist sits just below their ass cheeks and falls down sometimes as a result they can hardly walk. I have never ever gone to anyone's house and tried to open the door. Not even friends or families house's! We have security screens on most residences here in Australia so we always keep both doors locked. I have even replaced the screws to longer ones so it's harder to break in.

Yeah Gina, because whenever my RING doorbell goes off at 2am (which is not often), I am wide awake to answer it right away. And when I'm at a funeral, I'm going to pick up my RING doorbell right away no matter what, right? I'm in the middle of bangin my next door neighbor? Bam, stopping right away and answering that notification that's going off. With those clips of people just walking right up and staying a few seconds and leaving, when they are leaving is when the notification comes in basically by the time you open the app. Just saying, pay attention and don't blame HOMEOWNERS WHO WORKED HARD FOR THEIR ITEMS THAT ARE BEING STOLEN BY ASSHOLES WITH NO JOBS OR MORALS! I got a RING so I can have the footage if need be, or tell my delivery driver where to leave my package or open doors for people.

8:24 they put that rubber band on the door handle and check on it the next day to see if anyone removes it or not. If rubber band is still there, it means there is no one living in that house or is at vacation or something. So its a way of marking which houses they will break into.

These villains are crazy. Some of these people are thieves (obviously), but some (I bet) are squatters. Lock up your homes, AND PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR RING NOTIFICATIONS, some of these squatters/homeless are ending up taking homes due to squatter laws in some states. Check your state for the laws for these type of people. You don’t want to end up with them living and owning your property. On another note…some of the men (and I’m surprised to say) a woman, should learn about keeping their pants up. I don’t know how they can even run from someone, or walk with their pants almost to their knees….disgusting.
I heard about a woman that went on vacation. Her neighbour had been collecting mail/house sitting. The key wasn't working. She called the homeowner who came home to find that some lady had moved in with her kids and changed the locks. She called the cops and was able to get rid of her. Scary. Laws are crazy.

It's no secret the food in prisons is horrible some say barely safe for human consumption. Eating is done out of pure necessity it's normal to skip meals and as a result weight is lost. So when they are released and put on their clothes the pants are now falling off. The waist sits just below their ass cheeks and falls down sometimes as a result they can hardly walk. Not sure where I heard this it does make sense but I don't know. Lol

Yeah Gina, because whenever my RING doorbell goes off at 2am (which is not often), I am wide awake to answer it right away. And when I'm at a funeral, I'm going to pick up my RING doorbell right away no matter what, right? I'm in the middle of bangin my next door neighbor? Bam, stopping right away and answering that notification that's going off. With those clips of people just walking right up and staying a few seconds and leaving, when they are leaving is when the notification comes in basically by the time you open the app. Just saying, pay attention and don't blame HOMEOWNERS WHO WORKED HARD FOR THEIR ITEMS THAT ARE BEING STOLEN BY ASSHOLES WITH NO JOBS OR MORALS! I got a RING so I can have the footage if need be, or tell my delivery driver where to leave my package or open doors for people.
