I believe so has extended delivery must also have inter deck drying UV inks. Was just starting to become standard in most commercial shops in early 2000s I’m sure it’s the only way to go these days no powder use. Dry as it hits delivery perfect for 4 over 4 covers with A/C coating for front side.
@ Alexey Bryzgalov: Mostly used for envelopes, 4 colored outside plus varnish. 4 colored inside. It couldn't be better. This machine was overloaded with jobs. Most book covers are varnished on the outside and 4 colored inside without varnish. Then there are also 4/4 color book contents ... with a page size of 100 and print runs of 20k to 250000k or even more. When the machine then runs at an average of 16-18k p / h .. you shouldn't underestimate that. In my experience, the sentence was: can you work on saturdays? That was standard what you were asked every week for :-p
Yes must have a lot of ink coverage or bumping it all that ink to make sloded image .I miss printing I love Heidelberg letterpress windmill speed master 0uickmaster and Sunday press .you know why they call it a Sunday press ? That press has to run on Sunday to make a profit.
@@AllaouiGraphicMachinery , that’s great. I did my best to keep Heidelberg honest myself, especially a perfector. 7/c 40” Heidelberg straight printer with a coater. 1994 15k press US Playing Card Company, Cincinnati Ohio USA, new out of the box. Heidelberg lives in a perfect world, we don’t. Las Vegas gaming commission quality standards for play cards, zero defects.
Leaving tabs in the stack, few new blankets coming up.

I never understood this press vertion - 4+4 + coating. It could be for magazine covers only.

Can't really perfect coating, it kills the glassbead perfecting jackets. They are around $8000. each.
@@lonh8554 That I have already told: 4+4 with coating brings more problems than benefits, except if it's UV version.
