Marie, I noticed that in your recent sprouting videos the seeds go directly onto the sieve. Do you still use a burlap liner when you sprout mung beans?
Yes. The only time I use the burlap is sprouting mung beans. Unlike other beans, mung beans need to be covered up and weighted down in order to grow long and straight. Thanks for watching my videos.

Instead of spraying water on top, can I just rinse the seeds on the strainer tray and drain daily?
