Lol same I always check to see if Morgan has posted a new video. Since you have glam I would say Bronze should be your next purchase if you like warm tones. Glam and bronze are my favorite midi palettes. Glam being my number one because I’m a cool toned lover. I have all the midi and all the minis. My favorite palette from her recently though is the Glam Face and Eyes palettes though. The shimmers in those are just a step above the rest in my opinion.

I really appreciate that you didn't swatch what you didn't see yourself keeping 👏🏽😊. I wish ALL beauty youtubers reviewed this way. The idea that a product's entire life could be: warehouse > 2 second swatch > back of drawer > landfill makes me sad :(
So glad to see you reviewing some Colourpop stuff. I got the entire smoke n roses collection and I love the palette. The brushes weren’t as good as I was anticipating. But can’t complain with those prices. I like their blushes too but not fond of the lip pie pencils. Love the eye look you were able to achieve. You are able to put together an eye look in seconds that will take me twenty minutes!! These hooded eyes of mine tho! Lol loved the look beautiful girl. When is your next live? Do we get one more before moving day?

I still love colourpop although they do push out a lot. I think they’re still relatable even though they can definitely be repetitive. Very affordable for those who don’t want to spend what seems like their whole check on just a few high end/luxury products. (Although I still love splurging every once in a while on some hehe)
i just recently purchased the eye primer and it's actually one of the very few primers that really worked for my very oily lids. i was kinda hoping you'd like the glowing lippies but hearing your thoughts about them makes me wanna skip. also the rock candy palette, not a fan of pressed glitters. colourpop really needs to listen to their consumers that almost nobody wants those pressed glitters
I am your new biggest fan, Morgan! I’m pretty new to eyeshadows and your looks are always GORGEOUS! I recently got Colourpop’s Ménage a Muah and do not understand the pressed glitters. It says that it’s not for use in the immediate eye area. So why the heck are they in an eyeshadow palette?? You’ve gotten me hooked on Charlotte Tilbury, Natasha Denona and Huda Beauty pallets. I guess I should stick to the luxury brands!
The rock candy and amethyst palette both look so pretty. Someone said the glossy lip balm thing was supposed to be a dupe for the makeup by Mario glossy balms that just released. I haven’t tried much by Colourpop. I didn’t even know about the brand until I started watching TH-cam when lockdown started. Actually that’s how I found out about most of the makeup and brands. Even though I’m 33 I hadn’t shopped at Sephora until then either. Lol most probably will think that’s crazy
My opinion, granted I only have about four palettes from them but the quality is Soso/hit or mess. That said, the rock Candy palette looks beautiful to me and has made me do a triple take more than anything they’ve released in a long time. I feel like the times I’ve ordered from them specifically with their creme gel eyeliners I’ve been wildly unimpressed. Can’t get them on my waterline for anything. I have a super shock shadow I love but that’s it. Lip liners slip and slide. 😬🤔😳 rock candy looks gorgeous though...
@@claireplauche7724 maybe I should try those. I want some colored liners. I bought an ENTIRE set based on YT reviews. So dry, broke instantly on most and simply don’t line anything which is their only job. Like they send out the newest nicest batch to YTers. Which wet n wild ones specifically?? 🤞🏾
@@emilycrowell4524 the Breakup proof stay on my top waterline..the Linda Hallberg pencils do too. LA colors do, Kiko milano ones do..and the Laura Geller ones do. Colors are good, but not those amazing Pastels that I was hoping to get with the colourpop ones..i even tried the pot gel liners too..like. dont get it..??? For the kiko, laura Geller ones and LH ones..if i use them on my lids i need NO primer..everything else..primer needed..BUT..i have THE hardest eyeshape and oily lids..47yo, hooded and downturned...so yup..the ones that stick for me have been put through the toughest conditions..AND i live in Louisiana. Still dont get the CP dynamic...
Hey Morgan! I owe nothing from colourpop, somehow i feel that i will buy a palette and by the time it arrives home they will release 124 new ones that i'll like more and i will regret of my purchase
It's clear that with a name such as Colourpop, that their target audience is younger but as lovely as the shades are in the 30 shade palettes, it can be quite confusing for those starting off with make-up. They're not exactly practical either. Personally, I think they shouldn't make the palettes any larger than that gorgeous Amethyst one. The blush you put on looked very nice but it was hardly original. A good collection though for the budget conscious.💖
One thing that does bug me about colourpop is the amount of repromoted shades or products they do. The lip oils that you go over in this video, they're all really pretty and I absolutely live with their lip oil formula, I've got one everywhere so I'm never without, it's kind of like a lip oil gloss hybrid, so I'm not knocking the formula or the product at all but I feel like they could make these a bit more pigmented. The shade "Heyyy" is probably the most pigmented shade they have in their luxe lip oils, all the other shades pretty much look the same when you put them on but all four of these shades are colors that were in previous collections. The two brighter colors were in their "neon" or "neutral w/ a pop of neon" collection, and the other two shades were also in other collections. So it just annoys me a little when they take the same shades and just put them in a different package. Not sure if they're just getting rid of product or hoping that people don't notice, but the people that really follow colourpop no instantly when they see a Super Shock Shadow or any other product that is a repromoted shade. I have three different pallets that were all released quite far apart from each other and all three pallets have the shade Earth shine in it. It's a beautiful shadow but they recycled it so many times that it's literally in three different pallets that I own. I just wish if they were going to put something in a collection that it would be something new, these lip oils they didn't even change the name but the Cabana club palette was all Shadows that were previously in other pallets and Ulta messed up and put the original shade names up on their site, only to change it once people noticed that the shade names on the website were not matching the shade names on the actual palette. So I kind of wish color pop would stop recycling things and hoping that people won't notice. I love colourpop and always will but that is one thing that for sure bugs me when any brand does something like that. They're essentially duping themselves lol
I was hoping, based on their last few releases, that they would do away with the glitters in the palettes and sell them on their own but this palette had them so booooo. 😂 💗
I want Colourpop to do a Purple version of their mega palette, like imagine Rock Candy but with the All Amethyst's colour story 😍💜
