Keep on jewelin'! ✌️😎
Cute baby! Thanks for the info❤️
Glad to hear that the beeswax is the best to use. I have been using it for a while and thought that maybe I should "upgrade" to actual tool lube. Now I know that there is no need to, I am already using the best thing!
Two assistants today, god luck for all of you 😊
Great tip on the bees wax, mate. I've tried a couple of different blade butters, but the bees wax is by far superior. I'm a noob to jewelry making (just 2 months) and have you to thank for the 2 silver pendants that I've made thus far. It all about the finish though so I'm hoping you could suggest a proper size, shape and metal type for a graver to finish the top edge of my pendant bezels?
BTW your little girl is as cute as a button.
Thanks DM.

Bees wax is good stuff!!!!, I got a few bags for free, I melted it in a very tiny pot, then drilled a hole in the center and screwed it to my bench.
I used a soda bottle cap. Made hole in the top end for screw and softened beeswax enough to push a pinch to full the cap. Cut a slot in the bottom. Every time I need some wax on my blade it right there. I hit it a little it's not going anywhere.. Works well.
I tried your beeswax trick and its fantastic (very inexpensive)..I usually use pepe toola cut lube but it's crumbly and leaves dust everywhere and on the piece your cutting out and I don't find it very helpful. Thank you for sharing!
