Sir, can we retain and wait our allotted seat in coap round 5 and go for additional or spot rounds or we have to reject to go for additional or spot rounds.
As per my knowledge you can't retain seat in spot round or additional round.this is valid only for normal round.
In round 5 ....we can't retain
