Ingredients:
Butternut squash - 1 (800gm)
Onion - 1 large (Red)
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Red lentils - 1/2 cup
Peas - 1 cup/bowl
Spices (1 tsp each of cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli flakes powder, Kashmiri Chilli powder)
Coriander - Handful/Also for garnish
Salt to taste
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Lemon - 1
Serve it with naan or rice! or a bowlful on its own.
