Calvert County Sheriff, EMS & Fire responding code 3 to auto accident reported rollover/entrapment

Friday, March 15, 2024, 4:40PM EST, Prince Frederick, Maryland (Calvert County)
Call/Call details: 10-50 PI (Auto accident) reported serious/reported rollover with entrapment/car on fire. Car was reported to not be on fire when emergency personnel got to the scene so it could’ve been either a bunch of sparks or it could’ve been briefly on fire before it went out. Female driver rolled her car with enough force to snap a telephone pole in two, bringing down power lines in the process causing a major outage in the area of the crash. She was transported by ground (Medical Transport Urgency: Priority 2) to Capital Regional Medical Center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland (Prince George’s County) with an escort from Calvert County Sheriffs Office.
