My team here focuses on inflicting Dissociation, which is why I use March 7 and Gepard to apply Freeze debuffs to the enemy. that's why I'm not using any Buffers or Debuffers.

The answer is "YES" you can. But I recommend that you bring a good healer if you're only bringing one shielder.
