Added these to my 2018 Accord this past Saturday, worked well, your video was very helpful. I had some problems with the sockets, they did not want to lock into place very well, added a touch of glue to hold them in, seems to work ok so far. Well done and thanks for sharing our knowledge.
@@NadeWes no it’s Honda accord Lx, funny thing i just reconnected to t tap connector to the green wire im guessing the first t tap didn’t actually connect to the wire so once i changed it the light started working. Im all good now. Thanks for these videos they are a great help. Looking forward to new upgrade videos
Ok glad it’s working I know some 2.0t the wires a bit different so I would have to make an update video for the trim but good that you solved the problem thanks for watching

Thank you for checking video out glad it was a help
Great video. Please change your smoke detector battery.
Nice work brother!
Thank you
I bought the red and green wire car connector, so what color do i use to extend the green wire ?
You use black to extend as negative connection to the door lock
Can i do same way with accord 2016?
Should be you just have to locate the wires
Yoo I did this to my car but the passenger side the light doesn’t turn off when I closed the door
What color wire did you connect to on the passenger side door
Both green
Green and green
That’s odd and you put the negative on the door it shouldn’t remain on after closing the door
I have the same issue I just followed you video to a T and my passenger side light won’t turn off. Wire green and green same as video.
Passenger side not working
I’m gonna try it taping into the blue instead of green
Followed the video, driver side works but passenger side isn’t even turning on for me is there any reason?
Is your car a 2.0t?
