Nah, the true is that the hiatuses on the succesion war bother me less than other hiatuses on the past. The chapters all full to the brim of content, and the pauses are way less "arbitrary", he decided where to stop.
As a person who read the chimera ant saga weekly, succession war is peak and hunter x hunter is my favourite series of all time
