I think Adidas nailed it with how comfortable the upper is, imo. The firm midsole gave me good walking sensation the first time I broke them in. First time I’ve felt that level of comfort in a shoe.
The are the most underrated running shoes. I got mine for $68. Unfortunately you can't find them on sale anymore.
I just bought a pair for $50 on adidas website. I had been looking for awhile with no luck but a color way popped up yesterday.

I'm not a high schooler but this video helped me as I've really been debating whether to get an SL or Adios 8..
