GREAT video, man. I'm planning on getting these fender flares installed on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. I'm not great with wiring, but I'll do my best to get those lights working. Of course, I don't have much of a choice, because here in Delaware you are required to have side marker lights anyway.
welp, took me and my cousin a good 5-6 hours to get these on. We prepped, my screws bolts and all that were already separated. Was easy to do the wiring, the hardest part was some of those nuts and bolts have to go into the dumbest pinky sized spots. You're a hero for doing this solo, and the rear fenders sucked because I bolted the two and the little black plastic tabs just don't work half the time and they gave me just enough and I lost one so tbh we went and bought some #8 self tapping screws for the rear and tapped where right beside the og holes where they line up. Suck a pain in the neck but they do look good for the price. My little plastic tabs also didn't even click in or nothing, they just rested and would fall out at any wobble, I do know the screw makes it spread but you just couldn't torque down most of them and they would constantly spin.
Had these on my last jeep (installed by a shop). Looking to get them again for my current jeep i know they didn’t come with instructions and yours is the only video (so far) that i can find that shows these exact ones. Would love to PM you for details.
How have these held up? Are the LEDs still working? Also, I noticed you didn’t plug the wiring harness directly into the front amber turn signal. You said they didn’t fit but if you take out the bulb it’s a perfect fit in the stock harness. Mine came how your wiring harness did. The plug in harness has two LEDs attached to it with the 3 LED harness has the bare wires.
thanks for making a video on this. I recently bought these kind of flares for my jeep. I was wondering what were the inserts that you used for the back flares?

Thanks for the video. I cut my factory flares and have never really cared for it. So I think I’ll give these a try for the price.
How are the $100 fenders holding up after almost a year? Did you ever put back the fender wells?

@@LostEmt did you end up wiring the rear led lights in? And any clue where that plug is supposed to go in the rear?
@@kylemclain7407 Not yet. I have it planned out but Ive been so busy lately I havent had the time. I'm going to get to it soon though and Ill post it.
@@LostEmt how did you hold the plastic nutcerts to be able to tighten them? I tighten 1, and the others pop back out
@@kylemclain7407 Luck mostly, forward pressure and a slow trigger on the drill is how I got it in.
Just ordered these. How have your held up?
Nice. Could you tell me how wide they are please.

Is there a different way to put on the chrome things on the flares without melting?
Any idea where to purchase the led lights? Can't find the exact size anywhere
Wish you stepped back further so we could get a better view of the front with them on.

They came with the kit
I picked up the same set. Tell Me, how did you get the 16 points that needed the grommets attached?
Please tell me how you put in plastic rivets
Hey man how do you connect the back lights fenders
Havent done it yet. Was just going to route the wire under the body and tie it in with the rail lights. Might do a video about it soon
@@LostEmt hey I just got them. I'm about to do them I'm going to tie them into my tail lights
