Nice classic, not high price, what would decide for me is the smell in the interior, the look of the bilges and condition of the hull material from inside.
If is main sail in the zip pack it is not clear to me how thin it is.
It takes 100000 euro total cost of berth, one haul out and basic maintenance a year in Croatia including one professional full time work.

The video was taken by me personally. The boats smells really good inside. The boat undertook a complete refit of the hull inside and outside. Also, a lot of other work has been done. You can see the list in the video description. The cost of berth for this boat is €9000 a year.
