Hi Dawn, it was on social media that a woman had posted how awful her hay fever allergy was and her elderly neighbour told her to sting herself with nettles one a month. I don’t know how true this is but it apparently worked and took it away 🤷 no pain no gain.
@@DiggerDawn I remember seeing it but can’t remember who it was it was their elderly neighbour who suggested it 🤷🏼 But that’s good then you been free for a month 👍 keep up the great finds.

was that me I stuck my arms in nettles for a week, it made no difference, Ive since had a kenalog injection and been allergy free for over a month now
