@@Mcmatthew99 No. I live in Munich and we had a terror attack/mass shooting in a shopping mall in summer 2016. 13 people were killed. I was not an eye witness but in the local area when it happend. Took me many month to forget such a traumatic experience. For me Hate is the deadliest virus in this world. Not Corona.

Rad Dudeman Revolts happen because of something, and clearly a significant part of the population of Syria was against the Regime back when this nightmare started in 2011. In fact, the rebels were winning before the Russian intervention. And remember that the rebels are not a single group, but a coalition of groups, so I have no clue about how many of these groups are related to Al Qaeda (link please?). Is helping the people letting the government forces bomb civilians and hospitals? Both sides have done awful things, but it doesn't matter who wins as long as peace is nearby. These people have suffered so much, they deserve better.

Good video as always Vox, but I think you were a bit too negative. Just to point out a few things I didn´t like:
1. I don´t really understand the need to put Black Beatles in this video. A song from Prince, Cohen or any late musician would be better
2. In the description it says ´The hottest year to date´ which is an overstatement. While a lot of bad things happened, it is stupid to say that. As an American company you didn´t have it that bad. We still have freedom, access to technology and mostly good health and education. I would say that 1943/44 or any year with black plaque were a lot worse. A lot of stuff happened, but not the hottest year.
3. I know I´ll get a lot of hate for this, but why slander Trump´s reputation so much. You showed Bernie and Hillary in such a good light, yet you show Trump as some rapist/racist. In a year where a lot of bad happened, the one thing we all have left is hope, so why act like Trump is going to end the world. Why not believe that maybe, just maybe, it may be a pleasant change that will help.

1. Black Beatles did provide music for arguably the biggest viral trend this year so it would be equivalent of putting the Harlem shake or Gangnam style. Just a nod to internet culture. Plus there are too many deaths this year to give them all time. Not just the ones from major nations as well.
2. It's the warmest year to date, since we've only kept track since the 1880's. It also doesn't say that 1943/44 isn't the worst or that 2016 is the worst/best. It's identifying some major events in the previous year.
I also don't understand your correlation with American companies and it not being the hottest year.
3. Also about trump. Those were all sound bites from his interviews and major campaign moments. If Hillary won, they may have touched on her major moments. The "wall" was one of his first public campaign promises. The audio tape was in regards to his accusers allegations. It also shows his hypocrisy with bill clintons accusations. I personally don't agree with trump. He definitely will bring change but his current campaign promises don't align with his current actions.

And to the third point, I don´t believe they would have shown Hillary in a negative way, most of media was Anti-Trump before he won.
