That’s a good question. I’d be happy to do the work, the problem with modern plastic clad scoots is actually getting to the valves. I have a partial service manual that is available online but it doesn’t cover removing the plastics which can be an absolute nightmare. As I’m not an especially high mileage user I’m hoping to put off valve clearances for as long as possible !
Yeah I’m only 2000 miles in, but I’ve noticed there’s a slight knocking noise from the engine. Once it warms up it goes away. I’ve checked valve clearances on other scooters, but I can’t find much info for this bike, apart from the manual. I really don’t want to pay for someone to do it.
