He kind of a jazz cat the whole way too since he always improvised and never played the same song the same way twice. A guy could be good at one or two but never again all of ‘em like the Ol Killer.
Nobody but Jerry Lee can play and sing like he does. gosh I have loved this man and his music. can' t believe Nashvilles Grand Ole Opry hasn't ever recognizef his talent! what a shame!

I may be wrong, but isn’t this Jerry Lee’s actual piano. That his parents bought him as a child? Can’t say I ever recall seeing another upright or at least this particular one apart from this time on pop goes the country?
It appears to be a player piano withat shutered oopening to put the piano rolls in, it must have been so difficult to play those swipes with the state of those keys!
