Just an idea , instead of a bale loop make about a line about 5 or 6 inches long and have a hook at the end so it can hang at the top of a lamp shade as if crawling down it

Heya, Janet! I really like a 10mm bead for this, but so long as the bead can accommodate your wire then you can use any size bead you want!

I'm so jealous! I want to do lampwork so bad but I'm a craftaholic and have my arthritic little hands in 10 different mediums already and EVERYTHING has gotten so insanely expensive.
I think the body looks really good. The legs in the thumbnail don't match the skill level you put in the body.
