Dear Rico, if you are planning to play more Sneak Thief here is a tip (or a correction). I have done some research and I discovered that it is entirely okay to take weapons from a hostile NPC. They won’t take damage or die but they are fully harmless and they just follow you. If you lose them they will stop following you. I think you can kill them with traps like trip wires depending on what level you are on (maybe). Also the reason why you keep dying in the bank level is because of nearby guards firing at you and not the disarmed one. And also I think why they keep shooting without a gun is because of a glitch or the developers did not add a script or animation where either the NPC surrenders, runs away, defends or something else (I guess). Go test it yourself if you think I’m wrong. Go play any levels to prove me and I highly recommend the first level because there is only one NPC on it so you don’t have to worry about other nearby NPCs. Also you can take down guards if the level has the ability to if you want instead of taking weapons from them. (I know you already discovered this during the lab mission but it’s just an option if you want to do it. This is just a reminder).
