Honestly Tsukasa acknowledging them using levels of low end science to survive themselves is honestly the most interesting thing. That and Chrome channeling Kishibe Rohan
There's a point to be made that he might not have actually died if he fell. The world record high dive is 192 ft, and this waterfall is probably the same, if not less. The biggest point to him surviving is that it's a waterfall he's jumping into, which means a deep pool at the bottom, so he isn't going to hit the bottom to fast and die. It also means the water is moving and incredibly aerated, which means that the surface tension is close to zero, so it won't be like dropping on to concrete. Him surviving is much more realistic than Tsukasa's inhuman strength.
You have a point there and on top of that the indigenous rock that shown has no point to smooth down so it's not slate or some other rock that when it breaks terminates in sharp Jagged points which means that the bottom is probably a very deep pool as sedimentary rock is made it carved out in more bowl shaped as it goes down the river the fact that there's a multitude of trees growing up and down and around the waterfall also lends Credence to the fact that the ground is very porous which would mean that a waterfall that size and consistency would have carved a very deep Channel along the path

I love how the senior leadership of the Tsukasa empire are all reasonable people. As in, they _do_ understand science and can be theoretically reasoned with. This one detail allows for a nuanced exploration of his ideas. He's not a brute trying to indiscriminately destroy science because he doesn't understand it, but he is trying to restrain it because he knows full well the danger its capable of - that's a lot more relatable a motive than "Hurr durr I'm a caveman so I want to keep this a caveman world."

Looking at it, I wonder when tsukasa's gonna figure out the truth. Humanity made those weapons that "tarnished" the world because other people kept making bigger weapons, becoming threats to eachother. Humanity made it's first tools to defend itself from threats. And now... tsukasa is that threat. He's the one forcing senku to develop these weapons again.

Humanity will eventually rebuild, rediscover, and reinvent. All Tsukasa can "achieve" is making the process slower, more costly, and lacking the wisdom to use the knowledge. IF he somehow wins, Humanity will have to learn every lesson again. Every mistake will be repeated. The lessons bought with blood will be lost, to say nothing of the culture preserved in the brains he will shatter, the minds he will abandon, and the followers he will order to ignore what they knew.

Following that, what happened afterward really starts to make as to what Nikki was saying about them not entirely loyal to Tsukasa when Ukyo directly lies to Tsukasa and Hyoga. Either Ukyo is as some might think is trying to trick Chrome into trusting him then stab him in the back later, or as Chrome surmises, he is attempting some kind of coup against the Tsukasa Empire. Either way, Ukyo has something to gain from lying about what Chrome, Magma, and Gen were doing. Meaning there is a chance Tsukasa Empire will be dealing with the Kingdom of Science and infighting among his own ranks.
Chad chrome. And who knows, maybe Tsukasa would have killed him if he chose to betray Senku, would it be later. With this move, he gained the respect of both Tsukasa and the viewers

I mean, I understand what Tsukasa is saying. Even disregarding the fact that wars were waged long before firearms and other modern weapons, technological advancement did lead to the destruction of the environment, and the world being turned to stone for a few thousand years gave time for the planet to heal. Also, even though he knows Senku and knows he likely wouldn't repeat the same mistakes, that doesn't mean someone else wouldn't take the knowledge he was spreading and make those mistakes. Also, Chrome definitely earned my respect. Dude was fully willing to die before selling his friend out.
I think some of us groaned when Chrome said "colorful flames" instead of noodles or candy. Could've easily swayed some of those guys right there but the writers made him an idiot in that one instant.
That's actually a good thing. By saying that, he didn't revealed what technology Senku had created. Sure, Tsukasa know Seiku is a genius but the less information he have, the better for the kingdom of science.
At least he realized he made a dumb mistake......maybe the thrill of the moment stopped him from thinking clearly enough to give a solid argument under pressure.
I love Senku and the villagers and all, but Tsukasa isn't completely in the wrong either. The fact that one of Senku's first inventions was a gun gives weight to Tsukasa argument.
His first major invention was actually the antibiotic. Before that was the anti-petrification chemical. Not that I think about it, he did make gunpowder, but not any real firearm more advanced then a crossbow. The closest we got to a canon didn't even fire a projectile, just made the noise.

If throwing one person off a cliff could prevent countless deaths, I wouldn't mind even if that person was me. However it's clear that Senku is more in the right cause they rlly just be killing all the old people 💀
I mean, I understand what Tsukasa is saying. Even disregarding the fact that wars were waged long before firearms and other modern weapons, technological advancement did lead to the destruction of the environment, and the world being turned to stone for a few thousand years gave time for the planet to heal. Also, even though he knows Senku and knows he likely wouldn't repeat the same mistakes, that doesn't mean someone else wouldn't take the knowledge he was spreading and make those mistakes. Also, Chrome definitely earned my respect. Dude was fully willing to die before selling his friend out.
My respect for chrome skyrocketed after this scene

I think some of us groaned when Chrome said "colorful flames" instead of noodles or candy. Could've easily swayed some of those guys right there but the writers made him an idiot in that one instant.
He probably forgot these people knew what technology was like

Sure, Tsukasa know Seiku is a genius but the less information he have, the better for the kingdom of science.
At least he realized he made a dumb mistake......maybe the thrill of the moment stopped him from thinking clearly enough to give a solid argument under pressure.

I love Senku and the villagers and all, but Tsukasa isn't completely in the wrong either. The fact that one of Senku's first inventions was a gun gives weight to Tsukasa argument.
His first major invention was actually the antibiotic. Before that was the anti-petrification chemical.
Not that I think about it, he did make gunpowder, but not any real firearm more advanced then a crossbow. The closest we got to a canon didn't even fire a projectile, just made the noise.
