    Today I would like to share something. I discovered you last year and that's one of the best thing which has happened in my life. I would like to tell you that because of you:-
    1. I tried eating satvik food
    2. I have started eating healthy
    3. I have started doing yoga daily
    4. I take cold showers
    5. I tried writing journals
    6. I have started waking up early
    7. I'm pushing myself out of my comfort zone
    8. I stay calm and happy
    9. I stay away from negative people
    10. I have started showing gratitude before eating any food.
    All because of you and fit tuber. You truly are an inspiration for me. Thank your for everything. I'm really grateful to find you. And I appreciate all your efforts. Stay happy, stay healthy, God bless you 🙏🏻😇❤

    Imagine how the fruits, grains, vegetables, etc. grew big very slowly... from seed to fruit is worth acknowledging before having it... Never ever eat fast that slowly grown fruit, grain, vegetable, etc. Honor every grain for how much the grain grew up gradually with a life of its own🙏

    THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙏 for realizing me at this moment what our culture taught us...
    In our home we practiced this gratitude with the shlokas for three times in a day. As my parents taught me while u wake up remember the shloka " Karagre vasate Lakshmi......" before eating " Yadnyashishta shinah santo...." and before bed we say " Krishnay vasudevay...."
    I will practice it more sincerely from now with this core understanding... Thanks alot again...🙏

    Mam, I observe all your challenge videos 4:30am wakeup ,running, and I follow 30 days challenges that changes me and way of my thinking....
    I'm a college Student , Mai morning me 2-3min me khakar jldi jldi college chla jata ....and m khane ko sukun se ni khata .......But this gratitude challenge is very inspiring I'will definitely try this.......😊🤗

    Script or lets say writing of the video was amazing. Even i got tears in my eyes listening about the food and how it gets to us.
    On a different note back curtain was very distracting for me personally and it wasn't going with the theme of the room.just a suggestion.

    This is the best thing one should include in their lives. I always do namaskar to my food before consuming it and it has become a habit since many years.     मै आप लोग के सामने अपना अनुभव share करना चाहँगी जब लाॅकडाउन हुआ तब से मैने stray animals को खाना देना शुरू किया और जब मै ये करती थी तब ऐसा होता था कि बहुत सारे जानवर आने लगे और मुझे उनको खाना देते काफी समय हो जाता था और गर्मी भी थी और मै बहुत थक जाती थी जिससे मुझे बहुत तेज भूख लगती थी और अगर ऐसे मे फिर कोई जानवर आ जाता था तो पहले मै उसे देती लेकिन मुझे गुस्सा आने की जगह gratitude वाली feeling आती कि मुझे भूख लग रही है लेकिन मेरे पास खाना भी है क्योकि संसार मे बहुत से जीव ऐसे होते है जिनके पास भूख तो होती है लेकिन खाना नही और जैसे कि मैम ने कहा कि जब हम gratitude रखते है तो कोई दूसरी समस्या बहुत ही छोटी लगती है
