I would seriously recommend watching Clone Wars and Rebels. You don’t even have do reactions to them if you don’t want. They give a lot more insight to the history of Mandalore, and the Darksaber’s journey.

Except he'll need training since he nearly sliced his own leg off with the Darksaber, which he'll have to find a Jedi or Luke Skywalker's Jedi Order to get some basic lessons.
I'd say him and live action Ahsoka are too cose to call.

The darksaber was created by Tarre Vizsla of Clan Vizsla.
He was the first force sensitive Mandalorian ever accepted into the Jedi Order during his generation thousands of years ago.
So it wasn't two people that made that lightsaber. It was one person.
I definitely think we need to get more main storylines with jedi of other species that effect the way they learn the force. Mandalorian, wookies, such good stories to tell that aren't noticed by so many

Imo, Din is better than Boba. Boba was really only good in Mandalorian, he was meh in his own show
@@juancabardo21 Din and Grogu are the two most popular characters, in star wars, That's not lost on Lucasfilm, that's why they were in Boba Fett, I don't see there inclusion as a knock on less popular characters. That's just how you spice things up.

You can always tell when Bryce Dallas Howard directs an episode, because it is ridiculously beautiful in how it's put together.

They seem to have saved most of the special effects budget for this episode. Impressive. Remember the spot where the droid goes in the ship? The little bubble? That's a cool spot for Gro to ride shotgun 😎
It was awesome seeing Din Djarin return in this series and it's cool to see him fight using the darksaber. Plus seeing him fly that Naboo starfighter takes me back to episode 1 where little Anakin says Now this is Pod Racing.

Ahsoka is much more likely if only because she's not a CGI puppet that can barely move her face. Plus Ahsoka is likely much, much better with a lightsaber anyway because she has actually had lightsaber training, and at least three decades more experience.

As much as I liked this episode, I can’t consider it a Book of Boba Fett episode. It’s a Mandalorian episode inserted into this show
Second that! Everyone is loving this because it is the first episode of season 3 they wanted not because it adds anything of real substance to the Book of Boba Fett. If it wasn’t a beloved character and Bryce Dallas Howard wasn’t a top class director, people would be having a nutter about a filler episode that didn’t progress the story outside of getting Mando’s help.

@@pirobot668beta I did, I even said I liked it, but with only 3 chapters left I was disappointed that it was pretty much a Mandalorian episode, Boba wasn’t even in it. It’s my only issue with it. I’m hoping the last two are really good
@@pirobot668beta Yes, but those chapters actually advance the plot for the book I am actually reading and, if they don’t, I have the same argument against “filler” chapters even if they are well written and enjoyable.
Jawaese is partly communicated via smell, so it’s impossible for non-jawas to understand. So they speak trade talk to their suckers- uh, I mean customers.

Fun Fact... the Naboo fighter Mando is flying is the same ship Anakin Skywalker flew in the first episode. if you watched the first movie, there is specific writing on the side of the cockpit next to anakin when he was in the ship....fast forward to this episode, and its the SAME specific writing on the side of the cockpit on the naboo fighter mando is in. seems anakin took the naboo ship and had it kept in tattooine.
I love how this series can make you feel nostalgic for a character that's only a few years old.

Bloody Clan Vizla and their opportunistic ways. Another great job by Bryce directing. A return OF SO MANY CHARACTERS, vibro blades, that sky habitat. The Night Of A Thousand Tears with Probe Droids and K2 droids. The sparring session between the Armorer and Din TOTALLY reminded me of Rebels stuff. And THAT N-1 IS GORGEOUS. It's easy to forget how fast and badass the N-1 is(since we haven't seen them in action since TPM). Ik this was light on the Boba side of things, but this was worth it.

You should watch the Clone Wars. The Watch (formerly namee DEATH WATCH) were actually a terrorist organization that were okay with killing anyone (even other Mandalorians) who stood in the way of what they considered their rightful place in the galaxy. It's not surprising that they would be willing to cast-out one of their last clansmen over doctrinaire fanaticism. I honestly think the Armorer is very suss and that she not only wanted Paz Visla to defeat Din, but was also aware of Din's breaking the Creed the whole time and waited until he beat Paz to bring it up.

He's still a Mandalorian. Just not part of the hardline Children of the Watch sect that loves to nitpick so much that they'd rather only be two than abstain from kicking out a guy who took his helmet off in public once or twice. He's still more strict than Bo-Katan or her people, and they're still considered Mandalorian.

I know it's for visibility in recommended tabs and "related videos", but PLEASE consider not showing or mentioning anything that spoils characters/plot points in your TH-cam Thumbnails and titles. Maybe copy the method "Blind Wave" does, where they only put in the episode number/title and their faces. That is enough information and doesn't spoil anything. Most people in EU haven't had a chance to watch this new episode yet. And it stings a bit that we have to avoid TH-cam all together until we've watched a new episode of something that is popular.
Though trending Twitter topics don't help either :/.
As someone from EU... you have time to spend on YT but not on Disney+ ? Every series has a time schedule, everybody knowns when it starts: for me as german at middle-european-standard-time +1... it airs 9:00 am. Simply knowledge to avoid YT (or in special the notifications) and social media until i have seen it.
@Blazeor TH-cam and Disney+ are a little different, I throw on random TH-cam videos when I'm getting ready for work or on a smoke break. I don't have time to sit down and watch a 50 minute episode of a show until later that evening.
I've seen no spoilers on FaceBook, the only spoiler I saw was the thumbnail of this video. A little consideration would be nice as the episode hadn't even been out for 24 hours. Other TH-camrs have reacted to it without spoiling anything in the title/thumbnail.

His "wizard" comment was a callback to Phantom Menace where one of Anakin's friends used that word. Din was a kid too around that time so maybe he picked it up back then.
Mandos new ship btw was the same one Anakin used in ep 1 to destroy the seperatist station above naboo
I suspect this episode helped set up Mando's quest in Season 3 of The Mandalorian - returning to Mandalore to redeem himself in the eyes of the Children of the Watch. Maybe he joins back up with Bo-Katan to aid him in his quest.
I feel this is a setup to push him away from his old mindset even further, and to push him more towards Bo-Katan and the it's okay to take your helmet off, mindset for more Pedro Padcal screen time
You really need to watch the Clone wars to fully understand meaning of that lore and flashback

I hope Mando visits Grogu, gets some Dark Saber training from Luke, then helps Boba wreck shop! Then Mando can go on his quest to the sacred place on Mandalore and have his honor restored. I'm also wondering if this is all some sort of prophecy that the Armorer hasn't shared yet. So exciting!

Surprised the heck out of me to have an episode of mandalorian in the boba fett series.
This was the best Episode of Boba Fett after the other 4 parts.I missed "The Mandalorian" so much and now he got his own show in Boba Fett. This is advertising for "The Mandalorian" Season 3 and a good start for something new. I am looking forward to more stories from the STARWARS Universe. This episode could have been the first episode of a new season of Mando. But by sliding it into the Book of Boba. then the viewers are fully caught up before the new season of Mando. Overall a good idea to have slide this in.
