This is what I was looking for! I just ended DIY project of making Warhammer Quest with the help of online found stuff but I play with my little son in HQ. Soon it became little boring so enhancing game with new cards and possibilites would be very nice. Thank you!
Thank you very much for this :) You are the GM the players are excitedly looking forward, because you are moving the game to the next level ;) I am trying my best to create my own cards thanks to you.
Your card decks are EPIC my Brotha!!!!!! I am jealous and definitely looking forward to seeing what your channel has instore! SUBSCRIBED (#58 to be precise) !!!!!
Thanks. Glad you enjoyed it. I wasn't expecting as many views and subscribers as I've gotten for these videos so far. By request from several comments, I'm working on a video to tour all if my custom cards. I'm also thinking of making a video about my house rules.
I don't remember, because it has been a while since I actually made these. Some of them were scanned from my Hero Quest cards in my expansions. The rest were found with Google searches where I either found them on Reddit posts about Hero Quest or other Hero Quest forums. Because I didn't actually make any of those graphics, they're for personal use and not to be used for money.
Wow! Looking awesome! At the moment I’m trying to find some great homebrew rules to use within my setup to keep it fun and challenging. Can’t wait to find out more about yours 😁
Nice. Have you seen this video by "Always Bored Never Boring"? th-cam.com/video/YdEbr7w09V0/w-d-xo.html Some of the ones I will show in that future video were influenced by ones mentioned in this video like the searching of furniture except that I changed the 12-sided die table lookup idea with my furniture deck. I'm also borrowing and modifying his ideas of: 1) jumping onto the table in battle, 2) auto de-equipping a shield that turn after attacking with a batltle axe, 3) being able to toss flaming logs from the fireplace at monsters, ...and probably some others.
Thanks. I got the playing card cases from Amazon (www.amazon.com/Playing-Plastic-Trading-Organizer-3-8x2-7x0-8/dp/B0BB28KXVD/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?keywords=playing%2Bcard%2Bcases%2Bhard%2Bplastic&qid=1690253255&sr=8-2-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&th=1). That could be an idea for another video if you really think people would want to see me go through all of my cards. I was afraid that it would take too much time and bore people if I went through all my cards, but, if you think that's a good idea for a video, I'll see if I can come up with one like that.
Thanks. I hear you. I've seen several comments about wanting to see more of my custom cards. I just started making a video where I plan to go through them all. I hope I can make it interesting and to the point without it being too long or boring. 😁
Great job! and well-done on your videos, I do things slightly different using Photoshop templates. However, the series was overall very helpful and I'm sure it will help a lot of new people. I would love to see some of your Homebrew cards and rules in the future. Hopefully you consider sharing them?
Thanks. I was thinking of making a video about the house rules that I came up with and do illustrations on some of them. I'm not sure when I will get around to it, because I was doing other projects.
Where is everyone getting the template for the cards? Seen a lot of videos about cards, but everyone is just showing their end product, not the actual file they used to make their own cards; or I just can't hear it in their videos if they reference it.
Sorry about not replying to this for a while. I have been doing other things. If you haven't fount out by now, fortunately, this video is a "Part 1 -- Introduction" of a series of videos about how to make your own cards. This introduction video was just to get people hooked by seeing my collection so that they might find some value in watching the other videos about how they can make their own. Here's my playlists if you haven't already seen them by now: How to Create Custom Hero Quest Cards -- Print at Home: th-cam.com/play/PLGB_7i026a2lumeUqXpWvo67Hv9ZUdAUv.html How to Create Custom Hero Quest Cards -- Print from Third Party: th-cam.com/play/PLGB_7i026a2m8uh292t6NOpT5RajACugB.html They both have the same videos (including this introduction video) but just end with a different video either showing how to print and cut them yourself or how to use the MakePlayingCards site to have them print cards out of your graphic templates.

Great video, can you post the link to the images for all of these cards?
Would you ever consider making multiple sets to put up for sale?
Very cool! Thanks for this series! What boxes did you use for the inventory cases? Also, would you consider sharing more of your homebrew cards?
