Modi's Failures
1. The huge (1.05 lakh crore) bullet train project between Mumbai and Ahemdabad which is a just a white elephant and of little use to common man . Only to favour his home state Gujarat but ignoring the interest of other states like Karnataka which has poor railway connectivity. Also now there is national high speed track railway corporation for similar bullet train projects which is a monumental waste of the nation's fund only to appease a few.
2. Giving Raffle jets project to Anil Ambani with no experience in Aircraft industry ignoring HAL with 75 years experience. I don't know the latest position after he went bankrupt.
3. Failure to immediately act on Covid when it just appeared in China eventually it became helath and economic catastrophe affected the life of poor apart from huge loss of lives. However whatever he did later was correction of his big mistake for which India paid heavily but he projects it as his achievement!
4. Spent thousands of crores on metros which helped a few big companies but there is no integrated transportation with even distribution of funds and creation of jobs in transportation. Despite the huge investment metros will beunable to cover the complete network in a city.
5. When India's economy is itself is in crisis Modi gave a huge credit to Srilanka only to improve his image at the cost of our nation. Finally the whole thing backfired and Srilanka backstabbed India
6. In this country where even schools' roofs are leaking why he spent Rs.20000 crores on central vista project. What was the need to reconstruct parliament building at Rs.900 crores.?
7. Without proper discussion and debates introduced Agnipath scheme harming the security interests of nation and the interest of candidates. Refused to listen to the counter arguments but came up with few adhoc solution in hurry.
8. Even on corruption public memory is too short. Modi closed the case on Gali Janardhan Reddy who looted Karnataka 's mineral wealth and was named in Justice Santosh Hegde "s report. CBI just made drama of his arrest and finally closed the case.
9. He destroyed independence of institutions like Information Commission etc. His great job was creating Niti Ayog and closure of Planning commission which was earlier keeping track of all projects and now Niti Ayog is government,'s mouth piece.
10. Her FM Nirmala ordered PSU banks to give away huge unsecured loans to farmers like in congress era, instead of taxing the Corporates and talking up welfare measures she asked the corporates to take care of citizens under corporate social responsibility making citizens beggars at the mercy of corporates. There was huge bankruptcy of Yesbank and Lakshmi Vilas Bank. Many corporates business tycoons fled the country after cheating the banks.
11. Modi's highly Tom Tom ed scheme of getting huge black money from Swiss banks did not materialize at all due to his government's casualness.Now it is totally forgotten and off the people 's mind.
12. Instead of encouraging all languages of India , hegemony of Hindi has increased

13. Absolutely nothing is done to reform the judicial system except for blaming judiciary

Here are my few choices. all the persons with clean image and strong experience in other fields and with political experience. Unlike the usual professional politicians they don't believe in slogans and gimmicks but are genuinely interested in the welfare of the country. One of them was earlier a member of planning commission for your information, another a Harvard professor and one was a bureaucrat another a big lawyer.

Nobody regrets congress" elimination but BJP"s success is not because of performance. It is due to fear Islam in Hindus. Hindus consider Modi as their saviour and vote for him ignoring his dismal performance. BJP should dump Modi and select a new leader if it wants our nation to be developed otherwise it will just fooling the public with slogans and gimmicks.
His performance on job creation, rural and urban infrastructure, flood control, court cases , pollution control etc. are dismal. Bjp has moved away from Gandhian economyk to capitalist economy and so BJP is a total failure. Modi has no vision and he simply goes by whatever his ministers do. If BJP selects another leader with good background and hard experience India has good future otherwise this country is doomed to fail. The large majority of population will have much bad days and that may lead to civil unrest.
