AW! Sun felt appreciated that someone finally noticed how hard he works to run the daycare! That sniffle after she let him know she's happy to been shown the ropes, appreciate Sun's work, and all, that he was deeply grateful for that! It surely made him feel better about never really getting a day off!

She's so sweet to just introduce herself to New Moony! Her approach is nice! She's not letting her emotions overwhelm her and break her. She's staying calm and relaxed most likely to silently encourage New Moon to do the same!

But hey, at least he didn't end up like the AU replaced Moon from Nice Eclipse's world! That AU Moon is so mean sounding, I'm glad he hasn't been seen! I'm glad that this Moon is non-aggressive from the start! It gives me hope he'll be friendlier and able to be happier! :D

This is such a relief, but i worry about how Sun is gonna take everything else following. I'm so glad Moon is okay too. I feel a little bad that he thinks Sun is a threat but it's also entirely fair. He did wake up with him practically in his face, and no recollection of anything. Hoping his memory gets restored.
I also worry what Eclipse might do if he finds this out.. i scared of that if he does..

If Eclipse finds out about Moon’s memory wipe, it’s likely he’ll manipulate Moon to follow his orders like with Lunar, and then get rid of him like with Lunar. He’d probably see it as a surprise, but find it convenient to himself. Let’s hope Sun and KC explains everything to Moon before Eclipse has the chance to do any of that!
My friend (who knows enough about the Sun and Moon show since I geek out to them) theorized that Eclipse might manipulate Moon to follow his orders if he learns about Moon’s memory wipe.
I appreciate Earth's calmness in the situation, sun will definitely need it.

I didn't know I could laugh so hard and cry so hard AT THE SAME TIME!!! 😂😭
I applaud EC for trying his best to remain still in that pose on Moon's bed while KC talks to Sun! He's doing his best to act offline/rest mode in those shots. Yet they are longer shots than him having to act like he passed out or powered off which he just had to fall over. I heard in TV shows that have corpses seen, it's not a real corpse. Yet every single time, there's no movement to give away it's someone in corpse make up acting dead. That's because it's done with plenty of still shots of the corpse in position and it's edited so well that it gives off the impression that person is a corpse. I never did film or anything like that, so I don't know how hard it would be to do that for this show. Yet don't misunderstand me! I'm not saying it's BAD, EC can't remain absolutely still! The slight movement is very subtle! I barely noticed until I looked at Moony! He did a damn good job at being so still in those long shots! A round of applause for his incredible efforts to try to be still as possible for being in an offline mode during the whole conversation! *giant applause from me to EC and all actors & actresses of this show*

It’s nice hearing how Earth is made special for certain types of kids, that’s honestly quite wholesome.
But this is truly an upsetting day for Sun, the.. ‘new’ moon definitely has a fight or flight response to the “unknown” around him, I gotta admit, when he saw Earth that did make me laugh-
We all know how that recording goes, and I can imagine Sun will be crying. God, I can only hope Monty can help out Lunar, cause there is still a Eclipse out and loose to do whatever he pleases.

Okay but, all things considered, Sun’s actually taking this a lot better than I expected he would. Earth just gets more likable every time she makes an appearance, and oh my God Memory-Wipe!Moon. He’s so heartbreaking and yet so cute in his own abrasive way.

Poor Sun... And poor Moon being freaked out as soon as he woke up. They just dont have good luck with introductions, do they? At least Earth and Sun are getting along, and that crash course Sun fave her should let her run the daycare okay while Sun tries to resolve this situation.
Moon calling Earth a "megolith of a person" was pretty funny though.
I do have to wonder if why he was so freaked out in general is because his originally programming wasnt intended to be run in a body where he was the sole occupant, though. But a lit of it probably does come down to all the noise and lights and how panicked Sun was.
Hopefully they can get Moon's memories back. And also his magic.

Poor Sun very deeply confused about everything,at least KC told Sunny what was happening. Earth is probably VERY confused but she's trying to helping. I love that Earth specializes in taking care of special needs children, it has made me love her character even more!
Ever since the first episode that Earth appeared in (Which is now deleted) I had the theory that she might be neurodivergent and after learning that she specializes in taking care of kids with special needs I think that my head-canon may be canon! Either way, she's an extremely comforting character and I am so happy that we're getting to see more content with her in it, she makes the angsty lore episodes much easier to watch without crying🖤

I genuinely can't express in words just how relieved I am that Moon is alive and, to some extent, okay.
Still concerned by how it's going to go considering the memory loss, but at least the others are there, so hopefully it'll turn out okay.

I was afraid this would happen and with Eclipse running around with the star (hopefully not the real one) this could spell disaster for everyone.
And this is going to wreck Sun, especially after he hears the message. He'll blame himself for Moon having to make this decision, feel abandoned or left behind. And yes, Moon gets a fresh start, but at the cost of Sun's life. Moon's not going to remember what he did, but Sun still has to live with those scars. And while Earth is helping him, she's definitely not equipped to handle something of this magnitude. I'm not sure where this is going and the more negative thoughts in my head are saying this could be the end... I'm hoping I'm wrong. I probably am but yea, this is getting kind of heavy...
It’s not the end, as long as the other shows are up and running so is this one.

KC is being very patient trying to explain, I think he understood Sun was not going to handle this well at all.
Maybe there's a chance there are backups of Moon somewhere they can rip the memory files from once the other half of the computer is restored? M!Eclipse said the rebuilt Moon in his world had the memories but wasn't "the same", but they don't have Earth or Sun to help, so there's a chance they might fix this? Maybe they'll bring him over to help since Sun isn't a tech guy and Moon likely won't remember his passwords let alone how to fix a memory issue like that.
With Monty being... Busy at the moment, and Eclipse still running amok it's a race against the clock.
Mainly, though, while I appreciate Earth providing the validation Sun seems to need, I'm worried about the fact that after the mana pool thing, they spent time in the daycare doing routine instead of trying to find another solution. Sun knew there was a time limit, and while KC did lie initially to make Sun think it was alright, I'd expected him to be trying more to fix the magic problem. And maybe that's on purpose, next episode could be him blaming himself for not trying harder?

We actually watched the magic route fail on screen. Sun only had 48 hours after the initial explosion, and most of that was getting to Golden and back again. On top of that, he only had three chances, but his guilt-powered hallucinations messed them all up. Not only that, but he was about to fall over from exhaustion even before he went to Golden. He was running on fumes, pure will, and desperation.
The aggressiveness in Moon’s reboot surely cracked me up though, god damn he’s screaming. Ow.
Damn it he’s gonna watch the recording, poor Sunny. :(
Wait also, can’t new Moon just watch the goddamn show, so he like comprehends what is happening?
Kinda like we do, huh? He’ll catch up pretty quickly and be brought back to where we are right now.

Oh my... If feel very bad for Sun, his brother doesnt remember him, Lunar is just one nanomachine right now, Eclipse has the Star, and Sun doesnt understand. I wish we, as fans and a part of the community, could just give Sun the biggest hug right now and cry with him when he sees that recording and just tell him that everything will be ok.
I'm glad that super computer's second AI was able to fill Sun in why Moony is getting reset! Sun would trust Moon's computer more than KC at the moment! I don't blame him! It's so scary! He's so strong not to have broken down into sobs upon learning his brother is getting wiped and reset! Sunny has truly grown up more! He had learned to be braver like Moony! It's so beautiful! Sun is showing his growth off! Moony would be so PROUD!

So Moon forgot *everything*. Unlike nice Eclipse's Moon, our Moon didn't even get to keep his memories. He doesn't remember Sun, and it hurts because you can * how devastated Sun is. And who can blame him? If my sisters forgot me, I would break down on the spot. The fact that Sun kept himself together is a feat in and of itself.
And now that I know Moon is alive but his memory is gone, contradicting how he acts in the future-timelined videos, I'm scared for Lunar. Unless something happens, and Moon's memory is restored?
Honestly, all these lore videos have been leaving me in tears.
I don't blame Sun for leaving to his room to be around Earth after getting shocked by New Moony! His breakdown is totally understandable! It's not fair that was Moon's only option! I'm happy Earth will comfort him through the shock!

I'm glad Moon is okay despite the memory wipe which is painful but I'm hoping for at least some restoration. I hope we get to get see Suns reaction to the message, I mean it'll hit me right in the feels but I do wanna see it. Also big props to Earth for being so sweet and understanding and very appreciative of Suns hard work in the daycare.

@@indodinoyoutube Hopefully someone can simulate his memories (I feel like Creator is the best bet for that, even though he’s a 🍆), they use the star to restore his memories, or the writers will pull a Grunkle Stan and have Moon regain his memories over time. If it’s the last one, hopefully it won’t take too long.
@@indodinoyoutube I know! But think of it this way! Our Moon was constantly haunted by being a killer in the past. He always felt like a mistake because he's done so many terrible things and had regrets that he couldn't stop! Yet now that we have the New Moon, he is free from the original's former bloody past and able to see himself worthy and be less negative on himself and hating himself constantly! His mental health isn't tainted by the horrors of being a killer and trying to not be a mistake! He has a fresh start! :D

Oh no! I had a feeling this would happen somewhat. Though I’m surprised it happened so soon. Anywho the sheer panic of Sun is something I to would probably experience. As Moon was technically with him for years and for the og one to die would have been a shock. Then for them to wake up forgetting everything that has happened and your very existence I think would drive you into either madness or depression. I will admit the reaction Moon had to everything was kind of funny in a way. Especially the fact he had no idea what was happening and was merely acting out on impulse. I am also scared how Sun will react though once he learns Lunar is dead and how Eclipse now has the star. That would be intriguing as well as Nice Eclipse learning what has happened to Lunar and how he died to Eclipse. Either way this was suppose to be very emotional recently yet they have not gotten a tear out of me yet so I’m gonna pay myself on the back for not crying. I should be and I have been close but that isn’t the case it seems. (Sorry but I have no cohesive thoughts currently because I’m just surprised even though I had a feeling this would happen.)
